- Durable ceramic construction with a smooth, colorful glaze.
- Keeps butter soft and spreadable without refrigeration for up to 30 days.
- Simply fill the bottom of the bowl with 1/2" of water and then fill the lid with up to 1.5 sticks of softened butter.
- Change water every three to four days.
- Dishwasher and microwave safe.

I bought this for myself and a friend. Love it. Unfortunately it looks like they only have the citron color now. I have it in "fig".

Love this butter keeper. I always have soft butter available for toast, etc. It works great! Nice red color as well...a great accent in our black and white kitchen.
