Emile Henry Reviews
I bought 2 of these cruets. One in Dijon for olive oil and one in red for vinegar. They look beautiful on the shelf above my stove. Best of all, they are actually functional. No drips! Great purchase.

Looks and cooks beautifully. Only problem I have with it is that it is heavy. I guess that's what makes it cook so well.
The bottom of the pan is approximately 7 1/2 inches x 9 3/4 inches. That is a lot smaller than the 8.5 inch x 12 inch size indicated. It is way to small for me. I will be returning it.

My family ancestry is from France, later Canada, so the purchase of my first Emile Henry was a personal choice, made with love.I am extremely happy with the Emile Henry soup pot. Each week, on Sunday, I prepared a homemade soup. The vegetables, poultry (pork, beef or basic vegetable soup), cook to perfection, as the pot holds a penetrating even heat. Vegetables come out so tender with a perfect texture; and the meat or poultry falls off the bone. La cuisine est delicieuse! I highly recommend the craft perfected cookware. I use baking soda as a final touch for a gentle cleaning.
I ordered four to start and then ordered four more. I love the way they stack and that I can use the broiler to melt the cheese when I make onion soup. These are the best onion soup bowls I've had. Others have ended up at the thrift shop. These are classy enough for formal dinner.
These are wonderful ramekins, liked them so much I purchase another set in a different color. There is a noticeable difference baking in a well crafted product. Even heat distribution produces the perfect creme brulee, pudding cakes and lava cakes... just to name a few.
Looks good. No apple pie crust sticking (did spray a little with original PAM because, I did not want to take the chance of sticking on first use). Hand wash was quick and very easy. I love it!

Great stew and braising pot. The size and shape is perfect for braising short ribs. It is not as heavy as the Cast iron enamel type pot and it is very easy to clean. It looks beautiful on the table as well! Great product!

Super pie dish...just don't drop it! This was a Christmas gift for our discriminating, gourmet son-in-law and his cooking, baking, grilling is the best!
I am really pleased with this baking stone. It works great for other foods than pizza. Nothing sticks to it, and it cleans up great. It stays hot for a long time after it is out of oven. I'm looking forward to trying it on the grill when the weather is suitable. There are great recipes by Emile Henry on the internet too.
Zappos provided wonderful service. The first dish arrived broken and a replacement was received very quickly. I will order again. Thanks!
I gave this to me daughter for Christmas. It is a beautiful color (like the picture shows) and came nicely packed so there was no damage. Love it!

Hi bakers - please note that the interior of this pie dish is completely flat, not scalloped like some of the other Emile Henry pie dishes. If you bake pies regularly, you know that a scalloped interior bakes a much more "even" pie (because of heat conduction). So, best to purchase the one that is scalloped inside. Zappos folks, maybe indicate whether interior is flat vs. scalloped.

I bought this for myself and a friend. Love it. Unfortunately it looks like they only have the citron color now. I have it in "fig".
I had been looking for an opaque cruet with a lid and came across this. I ordered two of them - one for olive oil and one for vinegar. I'm glad I did as they look great on the countertop and are big enough so I don't have to fill frequently. There is no dripping when you pour. I definitely recommend.
