Beautiful design, oddly low quality execution. For the price and reputation of Emile Henry, the glaze should be flawless. Far from it. I ordered 2, exchanged 1 due to exceptionally flawed glazing right on the top edge of the dish and kept the 2nd dish even though it had several smaller flaws in the glazing on the inside of the dish. Bottom is unglazed and will easily scratch countertops. Not at all what I expected in that respect. I do love the aesthetic design of the dishes very much despite the multiple glazing issues. Zappos IS GREAT!

I never leave reviews but I feel like I should this time. I bought this rectangular baking dish for mothers day because it was cute and pink, so basically I found the perfect gift! I returned this rectangular baking dish because there was a chip on the bottom of the dish. This is not my first purchase from the Emile Henry line; yet it was the fist one with a chip. I have used Emile Henry for a long time and have never managed to chip any of my pieces so I would absolutely recommend this brand, in fact its my favorite brand of bake-ware! My warning comes from the fact that when I bought this item there was one left, Mothers day was May 12,2013. So within a few days of returning my chipped Baking dish (keep in mind Emile Henry is impossible to chip) there is now only one available again. It is for this reason that I am leaving a poor review because no one wants to receive a defective item...even if it is pink and cute. I love Zappos but my complaint is actually with them for once. I just found it extremely sketchy that I returned my defective product and within a few days they were reselling it. :( I plan on buying this size baking dish again, and like I said I 100% recommend this brand; but I will wait until they have more in stock because I do not want to receive the chipped baking dish again!

The Emile Henry bakeware is amazing. I love that it goes right from oven to table. The design is beautiful, durable and cleans like a dream. It is also lighter weight then other bakeware which is nice when your lifting it in and out of the oven. I threw out all my Pyrex and will never go back.

Great product. High quality. If you put it in the oven during preheating, it really cooks the crust nicely. Very pleased with the purchase and I feel it was worth the small premium over lower quality stones. It's been holding up well so far, as well.

Love my perfect lasagna pan! Baked some perfect lasagna then used it the next week to make a sheet cake! It's so versatile and pretty that I use it at least once a week and I can serve directly from it. Lovely plum color too.

These bowls are perfect for French onion soup. They are attractive and save space by stacking. The top area is just wide enough to melt the cheese perfectly!

I have a number of Emile Henry Products we received as wedding gifts, they are nice to eat out of, that is until they crack - almost every piece we have had has cracked. Terrible quality, I don't know where they get their good name from. I would absolutely not recommend this brand.

Love this! I keep dish soap in it and it looks beautiful on my counter. Perfect size for gripping in your hand when pouring. Will be ordering other colors soon.

I have been a faithful Pampered Chef customer, but I had three stones that broke in my over in the same spot on the stone. So I decided to do some research and this stone has rave reviews all over the internet. I have only used it for pizza and pizza dough. I will try cookies on it, I just have not gotten to it yet. I am extremely happy with purchasing the item from Zappos because the shipping was free and the packaging was amazing! It arrived quickly and securely!

What a fun and versatile dish, my first in the Emile Henry Flame line. The apple tarte tatin I made (my first) was literally perfect, I couldn't believe it. The flip couldn't be easier or safer. It can be placed directly on the stove so can be used anyway a skillet can be, although I'm such a cookware devotee that I doubt I'll use it this way. I know there are other effective ways to make one, but it's too much fun to pull this lovely red dish out and make it happen. Recommend!

I wrote a review a few days ago about a defective product. I asked for a refund. Today a received a barrage of emails from Zappos stating they had processed and sent an exchange. I don't want an exchange! I did not ask for one! That's my last time ordering from Zappos. I live outside of the US and find it difficult to return items, now Trappist has saddled me with a product that I do not want.

I love this pie plate, and have given it as gifts to several special people. They love it too. Excellent baking in it, the pie crust releases easily, cleans up easily, and present beautifully.

Outstanding product. Deeper than usual pie plate so you will need more filling. But you can freeze pies and then put in the oven. No danger of cracking. And it is beautiful to look at. Crust cooks beautifully in this dish. Highly recommend.

The quality of the spoon rest is great. It's easy to clean, and very durable. It's not the bright red shown in the picture. Cerise is more like a cherry red like the actual fruit. It's long enough for spatulas, which was my reason for purchasing.

Durable, easy to clean, attractive but pretty utilitarian rectangular baker. The red color is nice. This is a great size for lasagne/baked pasta/small casseroles/appetizers, plus for roasting side dishes like tomatoes or fingerling potatoes- for 2-4 people. We use it frequently. The size is listed! The dishes stack well (I have 2 of these small ones) & also nest well in the larger size rectangular lasagne pan (I have 2 of these also- best for typical lasagne for 8-10.) Emily Henry is my favorite- always beautiful & saves time & mess since it goes from oven to table!

It was everything promised. A quality product. I found that if your making pizza, a little corn meal or flour goes a long way to preventing sticking. Spread the flour or corn meal lightly but evenly on the surface. Using corn meal will give the bottom more crunch. Additional, you really need to preheat the oven with this device as well, as any pizza stone. If used in a toaster oven, bump up the temperature by 10 to 15 degrees and ensure the lower elements are doing most of the work or your cooking rack is set low.

I love Emile Henry products and have been eyeing the oil cruet for years. I guess I forgot just what one looks like because it was much more petite than I remembered. It only holds two cups and barely fits a small bottle of olive oil. It is still a solid oil cruet, a great color, and perfect table size. But if you are looking for something larger for the kitchen, this may not be for you. I am a little disappointed in the size but will keep this as it still meets my needs and looks great doing it.

I have had 2 Emile Henry casseroles for the last 15 years. I happened to break both of them last month. I couldn't find the exact same ones that I had before, but these are just as fabulous.

Awesome product. I wouldn't buy any other brand cheese fondue set. Emily Henry products are all amazing quality and the cheese fondue set is worth every cent.

Best customer service ever. Bowls looked OK at first, but hairline fracture appeared in middle-sized bowl with one instance of normal use. We phoned. Zappos sent a new set out.
