Got this for my wife for Christmas. About 3 months ago she had said, I need a pan that I can sear steak in and then put in the oven. I'm happy to report that this pan worked just fine. 2-3 fry and then straight into a 400 degree oven (Pan can go to 450) for ~8min. Steaks were great and the pan cleaned up with a sponge even with caked on marinade.

I agree that this cookware is very nice, except for the small 8-inch fry pan which falls over--will not sit flat either on my counter or on the stove! Not sure what to do, hate to return the whole set, but it's not usable. Will contact the manufacturer.

I am very happy with the Emerilware Stainless Steel with Copper 1 Quart Sauce Pan. The quality is excellent. I had been looking for a 1 quart saucepan for while. I am happy I found this one. The quality and price is excellent.

This is a great pan to have. It really heats fast on a glass top range. It has pour spouts and vents. You cannot go wrong with this pan in your kitchen.

Greatn pan, I use it everyday. Easy to clean. Makes cooking easy and fun.
Fabulous, well-balanced fry pan. Cleans beautifully, cooks evenly. I bought this in 10 size also. I was looking for reasonably priced but solid in performance, and that's exactly what I got.

I have both all-clad and Emerilware. All I can say is that quality has gone down. This pan is not nearly as heavy and has a hollow handle. It just does not compare. But the price is right.
I don't have a microwave and use this pan all the time to reheat small portions of soup, or to heat some water for tea. It's also the perfect size to cook one portion of noodles, pasta, rice, etc. And with the pour spouts makes it even easier to pour anything out.
This is a big pan. With that said, I wanted a big pan for big cooking jobs. Being a person with a smaller stature (5'0") it's difficult for me to toss anything in this pan because it gets a little unwieldy. Maybe I'm not used to the slope of the sides or something. But it does the job when I need to cook a huge meal.

I love them. They're beautiful, sturdy and easy to clean. I have a new induction range and not used to how fast it cooks so I have burned a couple of things and even though this cookware does not have any type of non-stick coating it has been very easy to clean. I highly recommend Emrilware for induction cooking.

My new pan is just great! As long as I follow the instructions that came with it - to keep the flame set at a lower temperature than I normally would - it performs beautifully, spreading the heat evenly across the bottom of the pan to cook all my veggies just perfectly. I love the extra handle, and the glass lid that allows me to see the contents of the pan cooking when the lid is on. My Emeril's 4 quart pan is a winner!

This is a great all around pot to have. I have one of Emerils original All clad 4 1/2 quart pot its fifteen years old like new Emerils cook ware is excellent. This pot is a do it all. plus a chicken fryer. Can't beat it I have been looking a long time to find a product like this, to go with my fifteen year old pot. I even bought a Mauviel Nothing compares to Emerils pots. You definitely won't regret buying this product. Trust me this is thee ideal all around pot.

These pots looked beautiful online, and appeared to be just what I was looking for. However, when I got the set, none of the tops fit securely on the pots, and there was a gap where the pouring spouts are on each pot. The pots are very nice looking, but the spout design is bad (too deep) and the tops do not fit securely.

Great pan! I have always liked Emerilware. With the Copper, the pan does heat up real fast so you need to use low heat when using this pan. It also has a nice sleek look with the Stainless Steel. I would definitely buy Emerilware again! The pan arrived in just a few days and Zappos is always great!

Bought the 8 and liked it so much I bought the 10. Handle not too long, tight construction, brisk cooking and cleanup. Love these, even though I wasn't an Emeril fan.
I love my Emerilware hard Anodized pots (have 4 of them). You can not put them in the dishwasher, but after you rinse them and add a little soap they are clean; so it doesn't take time to do that. Nothing sticks in them. And the cooking comes out very good. Love them.

Feels substantial, but not too heavy. Handle not too long. Heats evenly, cleans easily. May have to get some other sizes.

After buying a terrible pan for $30, this pan performed fantastically and clearly out-shined its lower priced counterpart.

This is a fantastic pot. I bought one of these and a larger pot without the copper. The copper ring is better, it is a sturdier pot. Definitely well worth the price.
