This was my first experience buying from Zappos and I am very happy with the results. I feel the shoe was sized wrong by the manufacturer, and so I had a time getting one that fit. But because Zappos does not charge for shipping and returns, I ordered two different sizes and returned them, and ordered two more sizes and returned one. I finally got a shoe that fit. I really like the shoe. I had looked all over Houston for an animal print shoe, and this was the one I really liked, but no one carried it in a size I could wear. so I was very happy to see that Zappos carried it in a wider size range. I will use Zappos again.
