- The Iggdrasil collection was inspired from a trip to Finland and is known as the Tree of Life in Nordic mythology. It was an immense ash tree, planted by the gods, rooted at the center of the universe with branches that encompassed the whole world.
- Made of a pull grain leather and suede upper. Pull grain leather is treated with river stones to naturally temper the hide. If you examine the leather closely, you can appreciate its grain or irregular texture - proof that it has been treated completely naturally.
- Full length side zipper allows for easy on and off wear.
- Removable insole is made of a recycled carbon compound that give added support and breathability.
- The exclusive Frog Shock System is a specially cushioned insole that absorbs the harsh impacts to the heel.
- The Comfort Last is anatomically angled. The outline adapts to the natural shape of your foot.
- The Recycled Rubber Outsole is environmentally conscience. El Naturalista uses leftover rubber that most would consider industrial waste and reutilizes it to make these original soles.

These are beautiful boots. I liked these boots but ended up returning them because I have a narrow heel. The front of my foot is an average width and the toe box fit great. It did not constrict, but it was not too wide either. The footbed was more cushy than some of the other Naturalista's and felt more like a clog which I liked. But without the ability to tighten the ankle area these flopped off my heel as I walked. My arch support insoles fit fine inthese. The Humo/Plumb color was gorgeous, grey with a very slight hint of purple almost. I ended up keeping the Nido Ella because it held my foot much better.
