- Removable insole is made of a recycled carbon compound that gives added support and breathability.
- The exclusive Frog Shock System is a specially cushioned insole that absorbs the harsh impacts to the heel.
- The Comfort Last is anatomically angled. The outline adapts to the natural shape of your foot.
- Natural rubber outsole results in comfortable, resistant and extremely long-lasting sole. Also, once natural rubber is discarded it degrades much more rapidly than synthetic materials.

They're cute and more supportive than most shoes, but don't have the highest level of support, or insoles that keep the arches in shape. If you have moderate/no foot problems, you'll probably love them, especially compared to ballet flats. But if you have more complex/severe issues with legs or feet, they probably won't work well.
Brands I'd also recommend: J-41, Dansko, Naot, Earthies

I absolutely love El Naturalista's style. I am a true US size 10 but not even a 43 in this brand fits me. I can't believe they run so small. This is the 3rd style I have tried hoping they would run larger in another style.

These run half a size too small, the width is nice, I usually wear a wide but these were OK. They are so cute, comfortable, and I wanted to keep them, but my toes were pinched.
