The calf leather is very supple and stays that way after wear. Works well with orthotics for plantar fasciitis. This is a wide shoe (it says "wide" when you remove the inner sole pad to place your orthotics underneath it). Very well made, and costs accordingly. Good arch support.

Although labeled 'M' width, the shoe seems a bit wider than other medium-width shoes that I've tried on. The shoe is very comfortable out of the box. It seems that the only drawback is the inability to re-sole the shoe.

These are nice shoes. I ordered my actual size and not a size up as recommended, and they fit fine, just as well as the other Ecco shoes I have. These are nice, relatively fashionable and relatively comfortable shoes. They are a bit pricey, but if they last, they will be worth it.

I have been buying ECCOs for years. These are the best looking shoes I've owned. The leather and craftsmanship and overall look and feel are stunning. Most ECCOs look like they are wide and stubby on your foot. These appear to be long and slim, but that means they fit a bit differently than other ECCOs. I have a very wide foot. I've always worn a 43, but the 43 in the Windsor Tie cramped my toes. I went up to a 44, and they fit fine. If you have a slim foot you might find the shoes larger than you expected. Luckily Zappos has a great return policy so no problem.

This is a gorgeous shoe, very classy and fit almost perfectly. They were a little bit too high on the outside ankle, and even tho' they have some padding there, they cut into the side of my husband's ankle. Other than that, the length and width (44/10-10.5) were perfect.

I have worn Ecco for some time but have always wanted them to come out with something a little dressier, which I understand is hard to do with rubber soles. This is it. They have done a nice job on the detail, and it almost looks like a leather stitched sole. These are very nice shoes, in a nice color (not Ecco's typical orange look), and a nice style. They run true to size for other Ecco dress styles, however the toe box does narrow a bit more. They still fit my wide feet.

Ecco shoes as a rule run a full size larger than marked. I am a 10D, and can really only wear a size 43 in Eccos unless I wear thick socks, which is not practical with dress shoes. I could not return them so I had to give them away. What a waste!

These are handsome shoes. The leather feels soft and takes a shine well. They fit right out of the box. I have had great success with past Eccos when I purchased a size smaller. Of course, you just cannot beat Zappos' next day delivery.
