Great Winter Foot Comfort - These are the second pair of Ecco winter boots I’ve had in 10 years (the first pair finally wore out). I love their fit, comfort, and warmth. I highly recommend this boot for any urban winter.

Excellent boot; improvement over Track II - I bought a pair of Track IIs about a year ago, but had to take them back. I wore them for several hours around the house and they were too tight in the area from the ball of the foot over laterally - on both shoes which is highly unusual for me. Even though the shoe fit in every other way and the size was correct (via other Ecco shoes I've owned), I couldn't wear them. However, I liked the style so much I hoped that the model (or even that shoe) was just off. Turns out I was right. The IVs don't have that problem at least not for me. I actually liked the mixed leather of the IIs, so the IVs aren't quite as appealing… everything else is right. I wear these for my casual, rainy, and or cold weather shoes, not as work boots - so I can't comment on durability in that area, but you will get many years of wear from them as a casual shoe.

Well worth it! Great boot. It's comfortable, stylish, waterproof and the traction on slippery surfaces is very good. Initially I couldn't make up my mind between the Track IV and the Urban Flexor high. Because of Zappos return policy I decided to purchase both and return the loser. I've had both pairs for a month and have no intention of returning either. I use this boot for outdoor treks and Boy Scout campouts. Replaces LL Bean Mountain Treads...and how!

Great shoes!!!!! These shoes might seem expensive compared to other shoes that are waterproof, but after trying many others, I found these to be super comfortable, nice looking, really waterproof, and all in all THE BEST!

Best Boot I have ever owned - I have worn this boot for six years and bought another pair. I have worn it in the Seattle winter mud and rain and never has my feet gotten wet. I clean it up and it looks great for urban wear. Absolutely comfortable for walking because of its wide sole you cannot buy a better boot at any price.

FOURTH PAIR - I have only worn my Tract IV boots a short period of time, but I like the new styling of the boots and their comfort. It will take me sometime to determine the degree of durability of this new model, but they are looking good so far. I only wish that large sizes came in a narrow width.

Most comfortable boot on the Planet - If you have never owned a pair of Eccos, you should treat yourself to a pair. After you will never own anything else. They are the lightest warmest, coolest, forget you have them on boots on the planet.

Great boot - but... This is my second pair of New Track IV Highs. Great boot, great company, wear great, easy to clean, and way, way comfortable. I purchased them because they were dressy enough for work, and I wouldn't have to change into serious boots for walking two miles during lunch break - on the Atlantic City streets and boardwalk. After the winter season, I noticed cracks in the lugs on the soles, which would let in water if I wore them for another season. I took them to my artisan shoe repairman, a real pro, who said it was a factory defect. Zappos replaced them immediately - even though more than a year had passed! I expected a real hassle - but now I'm a lifetime Zappos customer. I'll see about this second pair - how the soles hold up - but I'm sure about Zappos customer service.

Most comfortable boot ever! Love these boots. I have had a lot of different boots over the years and nothing is as comfortable as the Track IV. I can't imagine ever buying a different boot again. These are the BEST!!!

Great hiker/workboot/snowboot - These are the most comfortable hiking/work boot I have ever owned. I have a pair of the Ecco Gore-Tex Lowcut (Track II) and figured I would give these a try. The first time I wore them was at scout camp (about 10 hrs). The width was a little snug at first, but they broke in quickly (I had wool hiking socks on). I have plantar fasciitis and this shoe preformed excellently. The arch support is great and the insoles are really soft. In fact, when my fasciitis flared up, I put these on and got immediate relief! I have also received many compliments on how good they look! As far as I'm concerned, these boots are worth every dollar!

Sorry soles - I have purchased 2 pairs of the boot and at first I thought it was a fluke that the sole came apart on my first pair, but to my amazement my second pair also came apart… all of the grip down to the rubber came off. I have never had a pair of shoes fall apart and I had - up to this point - never paid as much as I did for these shoes. I do not feel anyone should be stuck with a pair of these.

I purchased these because they said they'd replace them in a year if they didn't last. I went through 2 pairs of them in 9 months and they didn't warranty them again (ECCO). The soles came apart and the seams did too. They are really comfortable, but not worth it unless you don't mind buying them every 5 months.
