Very comfortable shoe. Fits true to size. Use them in the gym. Customer service at Zappos it the best.

More a casual shoe than a cross trainer. Soft upper is comfortable but there's not a lot of lateral support. The tall heel/sole makes it feel like you are on the shoe, not in it. After wearing the Bioms twice for workouts I gave them away and bought another pair of Nike Trainers.
I'd also recommend: Nike

These are the best shoes I have ever purchased for the gym. I do personal training three times so these shoes get put to good use. Very comfortable, durable, and stylish. My only complaint is the ventilation is lacking just a bit, causing my feet to sweat just a bit more than normal. I highly recommend these shoes if your looking for excellent support and light weight.
