This shoe is a miss for Ecco. I've never worn a shoe with a stiffer heel-strike feel. Feels like a cement brick under the heel. Runs large. Clunky design. Moderate comfort aside from the sole.

Thank you for making these small sized cute shoes. I used to wear Ecco's junior shoes, which were the most comfortable shoes for me. I will always come back for more flats and maybe inch heels.

I have narrow feet and sometimes Eccos will fit but not this shoe. The lacing system has a lot of room for adjustability and I thought that would help but the footbed is too wide for me.

Great construction and my favorite TPU outsoles. I have owned many Ecco shoes over the years and all of them fit perfectly. This particular model however is for the individuals with narrow feet. Thus, was not ideal for me. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it.

I never thought I would say this about a pair of shoes at this price but - worth every penny. The most comfortable shoes I've ever put on my feet and at 60 that's saying something.

These are the greatest shoes. NuBalance are too wide. I buy these in the winter (last year they were brown) and I buy the white ones with netting in the summer!

I love Ecco's hiking boots. This is my fourth pair, over a number of years. They are the only hiking boots I can find that fit my narrow feet. I read the reviews on this boot and noticed several comments on the folds of the fabric on the sides of the tongue being an issue. I make sure when I lace up my boots that the fabric folds on the side of the tongue fold out towards the laces instead of in towards my ankle. This gives a nice smooth area against the ankle and I have enjoyed long hikes with my feet and ankles in comfort. Try this to enjoy these awesome boots.

Over two years ago, I bought these for a trip to China, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Fearing blisters, I wore them for a few days before departing, but they were immediately comfortable. The sandals hiked all over Beijing and Shanghai, slogged through the Mekong, and climbed the temples at Angkor Wat without ever causing even a tiny bit of discomfort. Since that trip, they have been my go-to shoes whenever the weather permits. They adjust to one's foot in so many ways that I cannot imagine them ever being uncomfortable. I just received my replacement pair, needed because the stitching began to give out between one of the sides and the sole, but I am more than happy with their longevity. I tend to walk on the outside of my foot, causing more wear on the outer heels, often to the point where my shoes feel unstable. The heels on my old Yucatans still look just fine - a little worn but nowhere near what my other shoes have looked like after two and a half years of wear. I cannot recommend these highly enough!

The shoe I wear all year round and I live in snowy Michigan. I wear it because it is the shoe that keeps my back, legs, knees and hips from hurting and best of all, my feet feel great, too. When I switch to another shoe for "fancy" dress up reasons, I really experience so much pain, especially in my back. This shoe is a godsend if you have any problems such as I mention. I have a hip replacement, this shoe has been instrumental in keeping me from having to have the other hip done. I know this sounds goofy, but a wonderful foot doctor told me once that the feet are a major cause of all the deterioration in bones from the bottom up. I believe it. This shoe is the answer for me. Zappos, best service in the world, bar none!

My favorite Ecco Gore-Tex boots have been resoled so many times I have been looking for a replacement pair. This is the closest I have seen for a lightweight woman's Gore-Tex boot. Yep, the previous reviewers are correct. The tongue is sewn in and do not allow for easy entry into the boot. Not worth the effort and had to use a lightweight sock. Huh? It's a winter boot! Sorry, had to return them. As always, Zappos does an excellent job, I'll be back, still looking.

I ordered these because of their unique anti-cross trainer style. Ecletic and odd also come to mind. I wasn't sure I'd keep them after putting them on. My first thought was maybe too much of too much. The asymmetrical look is an acquired taste. As is the huge heel cap. End of the day, I'm glad I did. First, the picture is a color shade off accurate. The rubber heel cap and toe skirt trim are not white. This trim is light gray. Which looks great it just isn't white. Ditto with the radiating trim on the sides and spears on the toes. These are shiny silver not white. Second, the toe sole finish is more true sneaker, think Chuck Taylor, than athletic shoe. The rubber skirt is again 'different'. Third, these are minimalist shoes almost running shoe slipper like. They will make your feet look itty bitty. That's a shoe industry term itty bitty is. Right? These shoes come with a second set of gray laces if you want to tone them down. The monochromatic look isn't my deal, but could be yours. If you buy into the style, the orange laces will suit you as well. End of the day, I love them because so few others will have the cohones to wear them. Super comfortable right out of the box, ECCO's are always spendy Euro shoes. But worth the price IMHO. And speaking of Euro. I've got a half dozen+ pairs of Nike/New Balance in the closet. Every one is a size 10.5 US. When I buy ECCO's, I always get Euro 43 which is listed at 9-9.5 US. Consider sizing down if you aren't tuned into Euro feet. Last, I haven't bought a pair of shoes in a brick and mortar store for years. Zappos rocks my shoe world.

I had had a pair of standard Ecco's for about ten years and liked them a lot. They were comfortable, they wore well, and they looked good. Finally wore them out during a trip to Chile. Got back and decided to change "models." Went with the Ecco Sport. It's a good looking shoe and I like it, but it's not nearly as comfortable as its predecessor. Soles are hard and there is very little cushioning. Costs a lot less than the other Ecco's I had, but if I had it to do over I would go with the original shoe, though more expensive. The size issue is important and you had better pay attention. Fortunately, I had my earlier shoe to go by.

This purchase was a huge disappointment. My ECCO Yucatan Sandals, my third pair, arrived a day before we were leaving for a two-week vacation. No chance to try them on, but why would I? These were my third pair. This was a huge and costly mistake on my part. Ecco changed the cut of these sandals. Upon our return, I traced an outline on paper around these and my old Yucatans. My newest pair of Yucatan sandals are 1/4" shorter and a 1/4" more narrow than my old pair. The considerably more narrow width would explain my excruciating foot pain. To add insult to injury, despite ECCO's promised "odor reduction", these sandals still make your feet smell foul! You know the stink is bad, when the person sitting across from you at the table complains about the smell!

Love these shoes and so comfortable right out of the box, with no blister-inducing friction. They fit like gloves! Very happy with them.

My partner bought these for walking in the rain, he walks about 7 miles a day. He's got wide, flat feet and the reviews indicated that this would be a good choice. After a couple of walks, he developed severe shin splints so we tried eliminating hills from the route, but no relief. He had to abandon these and order Brooks walking shoes and he's still healing after a month. I suspect these are decent shoes, just not for him.

I purchased these shoes for my father, who has very flat feet...it can be difficult to find a comfortable shoe. He loves these! The color combination is gorgeous, stone with a touch of black. Thank you Zappos for having such an awesome selection to choose from.

These are fantastic shoes. They have firm soles, are weighty, yet quite comfortable. There is plenty of room. I wear them over sneakers all day. They are very stylish and dress up nicely. And they are ready for all the elements. I will have these shoes for a lifetime.

I bought these for my Mother. She's hard to fit (side foot) and is worried about falling too. She loved them, they are easy for here to put on and the tread is very sticky and she felt very confident walking on snow and ice covered ground. A great product and the pictures don't do the quality justice. Very warm and roomy and insulated toe box. It's worth every penny to know my Mom is warm and feels safe when she is walking.

Great casual shoe. The back is deep enough that I can use custom orthotics. I would not walk long distances in it but great for around town. The toe box is a little narrow.

I keep trying different Eccos because when they fit right they are wonderful. I love my Ecco Biom golf shoes and was hoping that these would be the same. Normally I wear a 10N - I ordered these in the 41 which pinched my toe so returned for 42 which is a little big and wide (for my narrow foot) with a shallow toe box. I'm keeping them because I liked the look - casual but not clunky like my athletic shoes - to wear with jeans and khakis.

I liked the shoe but it hurts my right foot when I walk on it. It is where the shoe hits the outside of the arch. I think it just my foot and not the shoe for I have Neuropathy in my feet, so I recommend the shoe as being just as advertised.
