Very lovely shoe but not enough ankle support for flat feet like mine. Even with my personal orthotic insert my ankles turned inward causing it to ache.

I have severe foot issues following a surgical procedure. These are the only shoes that are comfortable for me...with a great fit, a good arch, flexible sole and overall excellent quality shoe.

These are great shoes. They are stylish, comfortable, and feel very sturdy. A good fall/winter shoe. For me Ecco shoes always fit well and last well.

I am very pleased with this shoe. Fit is true to size, deep enough in heel to hold orthotic insert, and stylish. I am so happy, that I ordered 2 more pairs for fear the style becomes unavailable. Small dislike is the strap could be 1/2 inch longer, but it is sufficient. ECCO makes high quality shoes. Zappo's rocks!
