I needed heels even though I no longer felt comfortable in them..then fortunately I ordered these Ecco heels because Ecco meant comfort and indeed these are more comfy than any shoe I've ever worn. Plus they're pretty too.
I'd also recommend: Sperry Topsiders

Boy am I glad I tried these shoes. They are marvelous. Really comfortable, much cuter in person than in the picture. I'm going to go get a pedicure so I can wear them.
