These shoes are incredible. They are a comfortable sandal but also support the foot. My husband had knee replacement surgery in Dec. and I felt he needed a sandal that would give him stability and support the sides of his feet. No need to even break in these shoes. These are a perfect fit. Also I give 5 stars to Zappos delivery service. I have told all of my friends about Zappos huge selection of quality shoes and their great customer service.

If you are looking for a casual sandal that offers supreme comfort and flexibility at a fair price. This is it! No need to break these bad boys in. Comfort right out of the box. They run a size smaller so for example if your usually a 9-9.5 (43) and buy 8-8.5 (42). The leather is soft with neoprene like material on the sole and interior surround. 3 velcro straps for perfect fit adjustment awesome! You will love the soles. They got some kind of sick looking ridges that feel like a totally awesome foot massage every time you step. If you like the wild side, buy these over the Ecco performance Yucatan originals. These have the extra side connection that allow the sandals to hold up better under more extreme activities. Therefore, longer life result.

I just received these sandals and I must say they look good and the foot bed in great. Very well made. I had to send these back because they were not wide enough for me. I border on having to order Wide and standard! Also, I did notice the short amount of time I tried them on that the bottom strap did feel like it would bother me too much.

I researched a lot of sandals and tried Mephisto Shark and Mephisto Allrounder as well. I really wanted to like Mephisto but both were not as comfortable as this one. This sandal has a great sole. Definitely the top choice of this style sandal in the market.

This is mostly a review for Zappos themselves, whom we love! My husband chose these sandals for a vacation, needed them delivered quickly, did not know which size he would need and was unable to get to the store--Zappos to the rescue! He needed the larger size, which is not what he would have chosen originally. The fast shipping and liberal return policy allowed him to have happy feet on vacation! Thanks to you, Zappos! My husband had just purchased a similar Ecco and it fit perfectly. This one was very narrow in the front. It was as if it was a mistake.

My husband normally wears an A width but no problem with the Ecco medium width; very comfortable and really like the color. Zappos service is outstanding. These were comfortable right out of the box. Easy to adjust to fit. I can walk in them all day and my feet don't complain (which is usually a problem). I will be trying other styles from Ecco.

I bought these for my husband who has a foot problem. He wears them when he isn't wearing his Ecco work out shoes. Ecco seems to fit him better than any shoes he has ever worn. And at 76 he has been wearing shoes for a long time! Highly recommend.

These sandals felt great right out of the box! I normally wear a size 10 - 10.5 (44), but after reading the reviews, I dropped to a 43 and the shoes fit perfectly. I really like the extra support provided by the straps running lengthwise on both sides. Most sandals don't offer this much support. The wave form sole took a little to get used, but no complaints, just a different feel. My biggest compliment goes to Zappos. I ordered the shoes around 8 pm and asked for the standard 3 to 5 day shipping. I received the shoes the next day by 3 pm. Great job of under promising and over delivering! I definitely will return as a customer.

Out of the box and on my feet since they were delivered last week, not even 24 hours after I placed the order! Zappos is amazing! And so are Ecco sandals. As a woman with a size 13 narrow and exceptionally flat foot, sandals simply do not work for me, except for the Ecco brand. My last pair was purchased in 2002 and are going strong, although a little scuffed. I hope Ecco keeps producing such a superior sandal and that Zappos is always around for me.
