The fit on this shoe didn't work for me and I have a narrow foot. I ordered a size eleven and a half and it was simply too long. When I got a sizing down, it was too tight. I have bought another pair of
ECCO shoes since then, and though the toe is a little long, it has been great so far. My friends say they can't tell that the toe is long.

Great Shoes -
I bought a pair of
ECCO golf shoes about a year ago and I was amazed at how comfortable they were. When it came time to by a new pair of
dress shoes, I thought I would try the ECCOs again. Wow, these are great shoes! They were comfortable from the first second that I put them on! They are very light weight but sturdy. I would highly recommend these shoes! I did buy one size smaller as was the case with the
golf shoes I bought as well and they fit perfect!

ECCO NY Bicycle Toe Tie: A Complete Package -
The Zappos staff has outdone themselves again. I ordered this pair for an event and to my pleasant surprised they arrived the next day! The
ECCO shoes are actually the second pair I ordered, but this time in black. Extreme upper leather comfort, flexible and easy on the feet soles, yet accented with professional flair, worthy and suitable for business presentations. What a deal!

Comfortable out of the box!
This is the first pair of
Ecco shoes I've purchased/worn, and I am extremely impressed! It felt like these had already been broken in for my foot, yet looked brand new. Besides great comfort, they are also stylish and versatile...I wear them with suits, slacks, chinos and
jeans.

Ecco Dress Shoes -
Ecco shoes especially the New York Bicycle Toe Tie shoe is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I have 3 other pair of Eccos and they are all great, but this style is the best.

Great shoes -
I think I have finally realized there are no better shoes (
Ecco) for my feet.
Boots,
slip-on's, and
dress, now I've got them all, and my feet are happy every day, all day long.

Nice shoe -
I have been very pleased with this shoe. They are extremely comfortable to wear. I have a large, wide foot and these are perfect. Little to no break in time. The leather looks like it belongs on a thousand dollar pair of shoes.

Ok for bicycle, but not for motorcycle -
Just kidding a little. Perfect shoe, comfortable since the very first day (no break-in), and really great look, although I rated only 4 starts since I think it's not going to age very well. JUST ONE THING! If you use a bike to go to work, it somehow acts "strangely" over 150km/h (100mph), somehow acting like a flywing because of the square toe form. Nothing really serious, but curious. Follow the advices on the size: I'm European size 41 (US 7-7.5), ordered size 40 (US 6.5-7), perfect fit.

These shoes have taken a little longer to break in than similar Ecco’s. I now own 6 pairs of Ecco’s and these have by far been the stiffest. But they are getting there. The look is nice and the deep brown color can be worn easily with black or brown
pants/suit.

What else can I say?
Nice, good, and expensive looking. Not so expensive, comfortable from the very first time. Followed the advice and ordered a half size short and fit perfectly. A little bit expensive, agree, but IMHO worth every penny! In fact, I ordered cognac and now I'm ordering espresso, too!

Excellent everyday shoe, which also looks dressy. Very comfortable due to typical
Ecco wide toe box. Sizing is overlarge by 1/2 to 1 whole size.
Sole is synthetic, but seems to be very durable. Leather quality is a bit better than average.

Great Shoe ... Looks great -
I have been wearing Eccos for years, I have pairs that have lasted well over 3 years. Picked up this pair and to be honest I was not sure at first about the look. After wearing them today they grow on you, great shoe and I am sure this pair will last the test of time like all Eccos. They are a little longer but that’s the look these days, guy told me the square look is out and I think he is right.

Disappointing -
After reading some reviews and seeing other people rave about this shoe/brand, even with the higher price tag I decided to buy them. Big mistake. Out of the box the leather on the top of the shoe was wrinkled. It was as if the shoe was already walked in, but you could tell they were still brand new. The funky Euro sizes run large, even though they are supposedly for smaller sized feet. I wear 9.5 and purchased a size 43 (9-9.5). It still ran big. What should I buy, the 8-8.5? Style is fresh and unique, but definitely not worth the extra cash. I bought a pair of
Kenneth Cole shoes for a little over $100 that fit better, were more comfortable, and had a good design. Zappos is awesome, but this brand leaves a lot to be desired. Save your money and buy something else.

Stylish and comfy -
I felt I needed a new
dress shoe that would be both comfy and more stylish & hip than wing tips, but nice enough to wear with a suit. Boy, these babies fit the bill. I could wear them right away, didn't seem to need any breaking in.
I'm glad I read the reviews concerning size. I usually buy a size 9 American, but sometimes go down to an 8 1/2 wide depending on the shoe. I had been debating on size 43 vs. 42 since I am on the border. I ordered down to whatever the European equivalent of 8 to 8 1/2 (42), and I am glad I did. The 42's fit perfectly. And they are snazzy enough to be hip and dressy at the same time, and very comfortable for standing around in. Definitely "keeper" shoes, glad I spent the money on them.
