Love these shoes. Very comfortable. As others have noted, they run large, so I ordered a size lower than I normally wear and they fit perfectly.

Compared this to the Born Tanya. The Ecco shoe definitely wins in style points, although the Born shoe fits my narrow foot perfectly, while I had to put an insert & heel pads in to keep my foot from slipping out of Kiev Tie. The Kiev Tie looks retro & trendy, the Born Tanya with fewer details, looks frumpier/clunkier. Wish the Ecco did not have a leather wrapped heel. The shoe is covered in a matte leather including the heel, with a soft suede-like finish (i.e. no shoe polish) and I'm sure the heel will get scuffed, & dinged with normal wear; I'm wondering how long my investment in this shoe will last, & how if rain or splashes will damage the leather. Well-constructed and cute shoes though (my 18 year old daughter votes I keep them!).

I received these shoes today and I absolutely love them! They are well worth the money. They are so comfortable, I could probably jog in them. They are probably the best pair of shoes that I have purchased in years. They run true to size and did I say how comfortable they were?! Thanks Zappos!

European sizes are tricky... and I feel like I have been tricked again. I ordered what is supposed to be an Women's 11, but when held to heel-to-heel with other boots that I ordered it was clear that this size is almost a full size smaller. I am so bummed because I love the straight heel and the cushioning. They would be so comfortable if I could only get them in a larger size. Sadly they have to be returned.

Love this shoe! It's a bit wider than most shoes so there is room for your toes to wiggle. I love your kind of washed out color of the brown which gives the shoe something a little different. Looks great with jeans, brown pants, long skirts. You do have to tie it twice to get the laces to stay put. It's a great casual and dressy shoe that will make you feel tall but you don't have to sacrifice comfort.

I bought these shoes in black in my usual size and they fit perfect, super comfortable from the moment I put them on and I wore them all day at work. They are well fitted and hold my foot securely, but without pinching anywhere (like the fit of Born shoes). The heel on this shoe is perfect in size and height to look stylish but still feel stable, not wobbly at all. They have really good arch support which is a plus for me as I have high arches and usually have to put extra arch support in my shoes. The nubuck leather is polished around the toe and heel so scuffs should not show. This is a terrific pair of shoes I will be wearing them a lot in the future.

I am a fan of comfort so it takes a really good looking shoe to get me to spend money on heels. These shoes look great on and feel as good as they look. I love the grip on the bottom, it makes me feel secure on slick surfaces. I have other EU shoes and ordered these in the same size, perfect fit. If you don't know your EU size, you can go to a dept. store like Dillards and try on a pair of European shoes to get an idea. I would also like to contribute a few pounds of weight loss during the holidays to these shoes. They are so expensive I have to eat at home and cut back on lattes, but worth every penny...and latte. Thanks to Zappos I paid nothing for shipping, I ordered them on a Monday and had them by Wednesday. How do you guys do that?

Love this shoe. Style is casual but could easily be dressed up with a skirt and tights. Above all, so comfortable! I usually wear a size 7-7.5 but found the European equivalent big, so I went with a 37 which fits fine.

I love these booties! They are extremely soft inside and very comfortable. I wear 8-8½ and ordered size 39 at first and they were way too large. I exchanged them for size 38 and they fit pretty well Just a tid bit too snug. I wish they had half sizes. That would have been perfect! But I am keeping the 38 for now. And thanks to Zappos for their amazing customer service!

I loved these boots! Alas if only they came in wide widths I wouldn't have had to return them. They were very comfortable even though a little snug on my wide feet.
