Even after reading all the comments about this shoe running large, I decided to go with my regular size. Especially since I never have trouble with EU sizes. A 38 always fits. Every time. Except this time. But, just from the short time I had them on, I can tell that once I get the right size this is going to be a great shoe. I'm exchanging it for a 37.

I am extremely pleased with this shoe. I've been looking for a heel I can wear all day at work, and this shoe was very comfortable. I don't wear heels very often, and certainly not for an 9 hour work day. (Full disclosure - I wore a flat for the actual commute.) Style is great, and it is very well made at this price point. It is my first pair of Ecco shoes, and I will purchase this brand again in the future.

Love these shoes. Very comfortable. Gave it 4 stars for comfort only because they are a bit narrower than marked. My right foot was a bit tight, but the cobbler was able to stretch it out for me. Despite the heel height, they are quite comfortable.

Super comfortable shoe. Ecco doesn't disappoint. I wear them all day long for work and my feet are not destroyed at the end of the day.

These shoes are absolutely gorgeous (I got them in sepia and black). They run about 1/2 size large, but I decided to go with the larger size and add insoles for extra comfort. The sepia is more of an antique-looking brown. They look great with a mini-skirt!
