Nice style for work, good heel height, but definitely felt a half size large. Will be returning them (also, leather is nice but not shiny).
Brands I'd also recommend: rockport, beautifeel, clarks

More of a marine blue than deep navy blue. Nice leather. True to size. Very comfortable except for a tightness around the curve on the top of the foot. Seems to be getting better as the shoe breaks in a little.

I really like Ecco shoes and loafers. I have an average size foot (8.5 and wide C width). This shoe is lovely to look at--that's what caught my attention to purchase, but it is way too narrow and the stitching across the instep is too tight. Ecco should think about marketing stylish wide widths. Very uncomfortable and I'm sending them back and so thankful for Zappos excellent customer service! I was so disappointed when Ecco discontinued the Mox Loafers Bring them back please! I would purchase several pairs.

These shoes are beautiful, classic, comfortable! Fit perhaps a bit small; I ordered 10-10.5, normally wear 9.5-10.

These were, sadly, just too big. Loved the style, but although I have other Eccos in this size these were too large.

I have narrow feet and these shoes pinched. I thought the Ecco brand was supposed to be comfortable, but unfortunately, I did not experience that. I bought these shoes for work and I could not go half a day. They were so painful. It is a narrow shoe and it is tight across the top. I really wish these shoes would have worked out because they match my work uniform perfectly. I will be returning/ exchanging them.
Brands I'd also recommend: Clarks, Naot

These are generally comfortable, but there is an issue about the way they're cut in the front. The length and width felt true to size, but there is not enough height across the top of the foot. Others commented on this, but, as my feet are relatively slim, I thought it might not be a problem for me. I found that I had to manually stretch the front of the shoe up before I could wear them comfortably. Other than that, the shoes are very comfortable.

Love the style, but the shoe runs large and wide. With a narrow heel, I walked right out of them, even with heel grips. Wish that shoe manufacturers would make true dual last shoes, medium toe box, narrow heel. Also, didn't seem to have enough padding for the kind of heavy-duty walking I do in New York City.
Brands I'd also recommend: Munroe American -- all made in the U.S.

The sizing is unbelievable, there seems to be no standard! I have 6m that are too small, so I order this in 6-6.5m and feels like a 7-7.5. I have ordered countless shoes this past year and thank God for Zappos return policy. The insole did not come close to touching my arch, I just need for the companies to come back to America and bring their old-time quality with them.
Brands I'd also recommend: none, still searching

I have a wonderful pair of Ecco Lulea black 3" pumps that I just love and can wear for hours. So I thought these Kent pumps would be the same. But, they are too tight in the toe box. The left shoe toe box cuts over my big toe where I have a slight bunion. I tried two different sizes because I really like the Ecco brand. They are very uncomfortable.

I usually love Ecco shoes but not these. While the sole on this shoe is non-skid, the heel is not! It is cheap plastic and very slippery. I was trying them in the house on our wood floors. My heel slipped and I fell flat! I won't take a chance wearing these shoes. You could slip on any flat surface.
