Too bad I haven't experienced real winter with them since it almost didn't snow in NYC this winter, but they are so comfy and warm! They barely slide on ice, unless you try to slide in them. The customer service was amazingly fast, I got two pairs of these for me and my dad, but the sizes were too large for us. After a short talk with customer service we received our new shoes the same week! You earned yourself a new client!
