Great, comfortable, nice-looking -
I have always found Ecco's to run small in my size, so even though I am an 11 to 11.5, I have to order a half size 'up', the '43'. They fit perfectly. These look great on a larger foot; they are very 'sleek' and not clunky. I wore them comfortably walking on cobblestone streets for a few weeks this summer; they were like a dream.

Supreme Comfort!
I can't say enough in praise of these shoes. They are beautifully made. The leather is very soft. The whole shoe is extremely light. Looks good, even in a size 43. It is comfortable without breaking in, but molds to the foot in about ten minutes! I will buy another pair in another color.

Cloud Ghillie Tie -
I have always loved the Ecco Soft, but since they are not available in all colors, I tried the Cloud Ghillie. They are as comfortable as the Soft and feel great right out of the box.

Sporty elegant comfort -
These are handsome, trim, comfortable shoes that work well on sidewalks and subway stairs even in the rain. I walk a great deal on unforgiving surfaces and have no complaints. They are worth the price. I have other Ecco shoes (dressy) that have lasted for years and I expect that these will too.

Comfy shoe!!!
I have a wide foot and was skeptical at first. A little tight when you try them on but I wore thin socks that first day and now, they break in perfectly. I walk a lot throughout the day so I need a shoe that was comfortable, could hold up to weather and yet looked pretty good with jeans or slacks. They are not for dressy attire or even dressy slacks but if you wear a twill pant, you're good to go.

Comfy at first, but...
This shoe felt very comfortable when I first tried it on, but I have found that it is not a very good walking shoe. After a day of shopping or city walking, the ball of the foot becomes sore. It's a shame, because I usually swear by Ecco (I own several pairs in different styles), but this one has disappointed me. I also find that the quality of the workmanship of Ecco seems to have declined.

Good fit with good support - I wear these all day with perfect comfort, and they're a great casual look. These are my second pair of Eccos and are at the top of my list for value - they are exactly what I'm looking for, good-looking comfort!

One Very Satisfied Customer -
I purchased a pair of the above shoes through my daughter's account with you. I had major foot surgery 40 odd years ago and have very difficult, arthritic feet and was advised I should be wearing an Oxford type shoe. These fit the bill, absolutely. I am just on 80 years young but didn't want shoes that showed my age (vanity of course). I wore my Ghillie's ALL DAY long, shopping and didn't remove until 6p.m. NO PROBLEMS! First time ever. Brilliant shoes, brilliant service - many thanks.

Disappointed -
I was looking for a walking shoe with great arch and side support. These did not grip my foot securely and even though they are a lace up, my foot was able to slide laterally. The positive words on the sides send a cool message but I am returning them none the less. Overall, they are not as comfortable as they look like they might be.

I originally bought this shoe in the Mary Jane style, but returned it, not because it was uncomfortable - far from it- but with cooler weather coming I thought this would be a better choice. So far, I've only wore it indoors but it is one of the most comfortable shoes I've worn & has great support. ECCO are sized oddly, I wear a 10.5M but always have to order their shoes in 11-11.5 & occasionally have to put an insole in. This shoe doesn't need anything - it fits perfectly!

This light weight shoe offers support and comfort. The design is sleek and fashionable on the foot. I've been looking for a good tie oxford style shoe and this is the best that I have found to date. I have a narrow size 8.5 foot that this medium width European 39 shoe is a perfect fit for both comfort and style.
