Great! The Berlin incorporates the best features of the Arlanda, Business Comfort, and New York models into this every-day business shoe. The Arlanda sole was way too soft, and there was no arch support. The Berlin provides a firmer sole and excellent arch support. The cheaper Business Comfort was too stodgy and somewhat oafish. The Berlin is sleeker. The stylish New York was oversized and overpriced for no apparent additional benefit. The Berlin is sized correctly and priced in the range similar to the Arlanda. Net-net, a very satisfactory product from Ecco.

I already had a pair of these in brown so I knew what I was getting. These shoes are incredibly comfortable. There is no break in period; from the moment you first put them on, they just feel good on your feet. The fit is perfect and I can walk all day with them on. They are easy to care for and right for work or going out afterwards.

Praise for Zappos - Great to work with, good phone service, quick response time, and friendly return policy. Praise for ECCO Berlin Plain Toe: I wear a size 15. I am glad to have a shoe that fits and looks good. I am happy with how this shoe looks, the quality is great, the fit is also very good - maybe a tad big, but I am not having any problem with it being too loose.

Too small - Great shoe but size 50 it is smaller than other ECCO 50's. Get one size up.

Comfort that you expect from ecco, looks good. Good work shoe. I wear it all day while being up on my feet. But would not wear it to an evening party. Good dress shoe for work. -Hassan.

Ecco - My son wears a size 14 and has worn Ecco for a long time. This pair, however, has to be returned for the next size as they are two small.

Mom of boys growing into men’s size shoes - Size and width were right but heel ran wide for son. I ended up ordering Ecco boy’s shoes instead since some come in larger sizes than my local department store carries. Thank you Zappos!

Ecco Berlin Plain Toe Tie - I found the shoes to be very comfortable, and the fit was good. I would like to have had a true 6.5, but the European sizes are somewhat misleading. I still like the shoes.

ECCO Plain Toe - Supposedly this Euro shoe had exceptionally soft leather and a narrow heal. I would argue it is moderately soft with an average heal. I'm still considering a return despite that this was the last ditch option for my particular needs.

Very good walking shoe. It is not the greatest looking shoe, but is indeed very comfortable and works well with jeans. Good choice if you need them for traveling.
