This was my first choice for a stylish uniform (airline pilot) dress shoe. Unfortunately the construction of the laces and the instep of this shoe makes it a bit restrictive if you have wide or flat feet. Instead I got the Atlanta plain toe. Not as stylish but more comfortable to me. This shoe fits normal to narrow feet best.

These are among the most comfortable dress shoes I've ever owned. I bought a pair similar to these in 2003, and then Ecco styles went all Euro-trendy, and nothing they had appealed to me, so I still have the 2003 shoes. These are a close match, and just as comfortable right out of the box. I wear between an 11 and 11-1/2 (depending on brand), and in Ecco sizing I'm consistently a 45. I also really like the rubber sole, it's much more comfortable than leather.
I'd also recommend: Allen Edmonds, Clarke

For me, this is an all day shoe. The fit of this model and its cousins are exceptionally good, and the insoles keep my feet comfortable. The finish of the walnut color is a little off, and tan polish is hard to find, but the shoes look good.

Shoe is not a dress shoe, the edges are too soft for me to really get into the design.
