Fabulous shoes! I wore them all over Madrid and rural Spain and they were completely comfortable and stylish too. Interior leather made for lots of comfort. I am a true 9 and have the 40. It's good. At first they felt a little big, so I used an insert in the toe area and that was perfect. After wearing awhile I did not use any more.

These are super comfortable in every possible way. Smooth leather on the inside ensures comfort when barefooted. I am a true size 9 and the 40 is good. a little roomy, but that will allow for warm weather feet swelling. Easy to walk in, am keeping these versus a couple of others for a vacation to Spain where i want to look good but also be comfortable with lots of walking. Only thing about the yellow color is that it is a bit more mustard color than it looked on my screen. The pink trim is fab. I just ordered it in red too and now it is on sale!

I read the reviews and saw that all but one said the shoes run true to size--the other said they were narrower than typical. I didn't find them narrow enough or tight enough around the arch area of my foot, so they slipped when I walked. As a result I returned them. I wish they fit, then I would have kept them. They're really cute and comfortable over all--and I'm really picky when it comes to comfort I walk several miles per day.
I'd also recommend: Tsubo, Arcopedico--which are expensive, but I've walked more than 400 miles in mine.

I like these shoes a lot. I find them quite comfortable for walking moderate distances (< 1 mile) and for standing for extended periods of time. They are a practical dress shoe for professionals who don't sit at a desk all day or for people whose commutes involve a lot of walking.
