Love this shoe! Great looking and super comfortable. I've received many compliments and the super-bright neon yellow sole is a good conversation starter. Fit is great and very supportive. Nothing like the old flimsy boat shoes I'm used to from when I was a kid.

Fantastic shoe - looks great, very comfortable, goes with just about everything, while still being snazzy enough to turn a few heads. Things to consider when buying this shoe: 1. Size is almost a full size bigger than what you buy. I normally buy size 10.5/11 shoes, so I went with the 10-1.5, and it still ran big. Not a problem, at least in my case, but if you want it to turn true to size, consider even going a full size smaller than what you normally get. 2. The off-white part of the shoe (between the bottom sole and upper) gets very grimy very quickly. Granted, it's not meant to be a true-white color, but if you want to keep your shoes looking good, you will need to be brushing this section regularly. Otherwise it will look grimy, and will detract from the way the shoe looks. 3. Shoe has excellent support. Very comfortable without an insole, and you can wear them for hours on end no problem. I've never owned Eccos before, but the comfort I've heard about from the brand is definitely present here. 4. Not a true boat shoe in the traditional sense - it's more of a fashion variation, especially since the bottom sole isn't patterned for a lot of traction like a real boat shoe. If you want something along those lines, Sperrys or other boat-shoe brands are where you want to look. Would I buy these shoes again? In a heartbeat! A bit on the pricey side, but I'm hoping they last for a long time, and I've heard Eccos do, so for now I am totally pleased.
I'd also recommend: Sperry

This shoe provides comfort, style and versatility. I have a wide foot and this accommodates my needs very well. I have purchased a few Ecco styles over the last year and find them to be a great combination of comfort and style. In addition, I was also impressed with Zappos' customer service. I ordered these shoes on a Saturday afternoon (standard delivery) and they were on my doorstep Monday morning. Well done.

I absolutely love these but buy a full size smaller than usual because they run very large. That's my only complaint.
