Comfortable right from the start. Very ample toe box, no rubbing anywhere. I have trouble with a lot of shoes because of very sensitive low arch....but these were perfect! Thank heaven for Zappos.

I just purchased a pair of "Reinvent sneakers" from Zappos (hence, I did not try them on with a salesperson). I may not be your typical customer, I am 73 years old. I had heard about the "most comfortable sneakers" on Yahoo's web site and decided to try them. Opened the box. Put them on. Was slightly bewildered by extra long white laces in top holes, but decided it was part of the charm of the shoe to have two different color laces. I couldn't figure out what to do with those long white laces...tie them around my ankles, make double or triple bows or wear them floppy (who knows what the current fashion is!). Finally cut them to make regular sized bows. Wore the shoes all day...wonderful, comfortable, easy. This morning as I went to put them on, the knotted tops of the gray laces appeared! I had worn them all day, knots inside, extra length of gray lace inside...and still the shoe was comfortable! Looking forward to enjoying this shoe for a long time!

These shoes are like heaven on my feet! I have a very hard time finding shoes that are comfortable. I wore them for a week in Disney World too! They are super light-weight, have support, and cushy. These even made it into the top 3 shoes out of 70+ in Good Housekeeping magazine. Well worth the investment!

These shoes turned me into a fan of Zappos. They fit my feet so comfortably. Were exactly what I wanted for travel and light walking. For hiking I'd get something heavier. I'm in love with them. They look great too.
