Classic look and comfortable shoe -
I purchased this shoe in brown and wore it today for the first time. I am a teacher and had many compliments on the style. Best of all, it was very comfortable, even standing on my feet most of the day. I am going to order this shoe in navy blue and black. It looks great with skirts and pants.

Dowdy, but comfy - Very classic flat-ish shoe, great for office. Don't expect to transition to a skirt, though, with this one. Comfy. Dates me just a little.

Basic low-heel pump -
I find that Easy Spirit shoes generally run wide, & this one is no exception. I ordered a narrow width even though I usually wear medium. This is a useful low-heel pump that looks nice with pants or skirts. Although not particularly exciting or fashion forward, these are very comfortable right out of the box. A basic wardrobe staple.

This is a great comfortable shoe. I work retail so I stand for 8 hours at a time and I can do it in this shoe! That is a comfortable shoe. A little frumpy looking, but so comfortable.

The narrow width was perfect! So hard to find a narrow shoe in this type of style. Would like to see more dress shoes available in narrow, like ballet flats and low and flat heel dress shoes.

The shoe is perfect for work or walking, but I do need a narrower size. I put heel pads in and that works. Low enough for comfort, but still enough heel to be dressy. The seaming adds interest also as I wear a 9 1/2. And the Zappos policy cannot be beat. If it didn't fit, I would return it, no questions asked!

I like the shoe very much, but they don't stay on my foot because the heel is too wide. I walk right out of the shoes. If I don't walk too much, it is OK. The delivery service, customer service, and choices of shoes are excellent. Thank you.

Well, I absolutely love the look of the shoe. I ordered 9 1/2 med which seemed a little long, so I ordered 9 which was definitely too short. I have kept the 9 1/2 because I liked the way it looks and am hoping that I can get an insole or something so I can use them without my heel slipping. It is a dressy shoe and yet not so high that I get a back ache wearing them, but high enough to give my calf a little more shape.

So comfortable!
I have a job where I am walking all day and these are the most comfortable shoes I've found so far! I wear wide and they were perfect. The heel seemed to slip a little, so I tried a smaller size, but ended up with the original shoes and just used a heel pad to have a perfect fit.

Great little casual shoe -
I wanted a low-heeled shoe for casual wear with slacks but found that it's classy enough to wear to work with a dress or skirt as well. The first time I wore them was to an all-day conference. Even though new, they didn't start to bother my feet until late afternoon, and I did a lot of walking around. I'd recommend this shoe to the working girl who has comfort in mind.

Too big for stated size -
Easy Spirit's Ilene is a comfortable work shoe - but the 6.5 M I ordered was definitely a half-size too large. I was able to find a 6 M and it was perfect. These shoes felt broken in from the first and the initial wearing was during a business trip that entailed considerable walking.

This is a classic, simple, versatile black pump. I ordered this in my regular size 7, but my heel slipped out of the shoe. I returned it and got the 6.5; the heel fits much better. The toe box area is a little snug, but this is a keeper.

Second pair -
I already own this shoe - purchased at a local department store - and I am purchasing a second pair from Zappos. I wear a size 10 with a medium to wide foot. The shoes have some style and are very comfortable in the size 10M. I have been wearing them to work for several weeks. I need shoes that look professional, but that I can actually walk in. I work in a health care setting and an academic setting.

A cute shoe -
These are a nice low/flat black shoe. Great for work, and the seams add a little visual interest. They took about a day to break in around the toe box and then were fine. Slightly larger than marked -- my heel slips a bit.

Very comfortable shoe -
While this is not the sexiest of shoes it is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ordered. I wish it came in more colors or was a little more ornate with a bow. Nevertheless it fits the bill as a shoe I could go almost anywhere in. For anyone with a hard to fit shoe, this one is the answer. Regretfully, it does not come in narrow, which I would have preferred.
