I have wide feet (D width) and have been searching for a type of "boat shoe" for casual wear and travel. This is it! These shoes were comfortable from the get-go and I wore them walking for hours while on a recent vacation. The brown color is a nice tone, unlike the chalky brown you sometimes see in leather. They are a bit more substantial (heavier and thicker) looking than typical boat shoes but don't make my feet look clunky. Try them!

These shoes were a great investment. The size fit perfectly and ordering them through Zappos.com was so easy. I actually received these shoes before the approximate delivery date. I will definitely order again from Zappos. The first day I wore these shoes, I made a mistake and wore them without socks. I got a blister on one heel. It has since healed and I can now wear the shoes without socks (if I choose) and no blisters.

I love these shoes! They are a Sperry dupe but much, much better than the Sperrys. The are extremely comfortable and well made, a very pretty shoe. True to size, too. Would definitely repurchase!

I thought this shoe had good cushioning and support. It was too narrow, though. I usually wear wide shoes and I bought a pair in wide, but they felt like medium width. I had to return them.

I absolutely love these shoes! I have trouble with blisters so I'm very picky about my shoes. Eastland Solstice haven't rubbed a single blister and I can walk in them all day. Highly recommend. Wish they had more colors; I would buy them all.

I love these shoes! They were comfortable the first time I wore them. I wear them to work and with jeans. I love Eastland shoes. The last pair of Eastland shoes I purchased lasted several years and still have not worn out. That is why I chose the Eastland Solstice. Awesome quality!

Ordered my shoes on Monday got them on Tuesday. I feel like I'm walking on air! The Eastland boat shoes are extremely comfortable. I have problems with my feet and these fit and feel so good. I live in the woods and these boat shoes are perfect for walking my German Shepherd!

Yes, it's true - these shoes are comfortable from the get go! Nice support, and although I haven't worn them for any long walks yet. They seem like they would be great for that too!

I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and have to make that part of my consideration process when buying shoes. I have always found Eastland to be a brand that works for both comfort and fashion, and this particular style didn't let me down!

This is the second time that I have sent these shoes back. In both cases, there was a defect in the right shoe. The stitching was uneven on the right toe of the first pair, and the back of the right shoe is 3/4 inch lower than the left shoe on the second pair and would not stay on my foot. The appearance of the shoes was great and the left shoes were extremely comfortable. But if you order them, check carefully for defects.

I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes/boots that I can wear all day. I love these shoes! I tried two different Sperry boat shoes locally and had to return them. They were so uncomfortable I almost cried. Then I remembered I had always worn Eastland in my 'teen years' so thought I would give them a try again. They are made very well and durable, the look is great and most important for me is the comfort. I can wear them all day! I needed a good shoe for working in the barn and with horses instead of wearing boots all the time. These fit the bill perfectly.
