These shoes are perfect for what I need: sturdy, supportive, excellent for walking which is required for part of my commute to work. Extremely comfortable from the start. I'd buy another pair in the future. This is the third pair of Eastland shoes I've owned in the past 12 years or so.

The Eastland Open Road shoes gave no adjustment problems. Shoes fit perfect and are very comfortable to wear as well as stylish. I wear them for my office work. Highly recommend the shoes.

Just received these and am so glad I made the purchase. I got them in the Cognac, and they are beautifully tanned and crafted. They were instantly comfortable on my feet - no breaking in required - and look fabulous with jeans. I bought them 1/2 size larger than I usually wear because I plan to wear them with thicker winter socks, and this strategy works well...they fit great. I'm already tempted to order them in black and dark brown too. These shoes are a great value!

This is a comfortable shoe. Looks great with jeans or slacks. I bought a half size larger than I normally wear to allow for thicker socks in winter. I live in the city and walk everywhere, and do not have any issues with blisters or discomfort wearing these.

I love these shoes! I was really surprised when I put them the first time on my feet. The leather is so soft! Unlike most other leather shoes, this shoes feel so comfortable right out the box. No need for breaking period. The shoe felt true to the width and the size. I wear 7.5 and the shoe fits nicely on my feet. It looks great with any pants and most of all, it's so comfortable to wear. I definitely recommend these shoes.

These are very comfortable. I find that they're somewhat snug on the top, but not that bad. Very comfortable, can be a little dressed up if need be, but look great with jeans.

After a long wait I finally was able to get my hands on a pair of these in black! All I can say is that it was worth the wait! I may have to get another pair since I can see myself wearing these out. They are very comfy right out of the box and seem to have a moderate arch support. I have already received numerous compliments and know of several gal-pals that are getting a pair of their own. I am a big fan of Eastland shoes. I decided to try these shoes because I liked that it has a boot style in a shoe form. When I got them, I wasn't disappointed. They are very comfortable and didn't take long to get a broken in feel. I wear these shoes at work with dress slacks and also on weekends with jeans. They are very comfortable to wear all day long. The only thing I did notice is that they are most comfortable with thin socks as there doesn't seem to be that much room for thick type socks. Other than that I have no complaints. I wear orthotics and these shoes work well with them. I like this pair so much that I bought a second pair in brown.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable! I take public transportation to work so I am required to do some walking to and from work. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who needs to dress in business casual attire, but does a moderate amount of walking or standing throughout the day.

I tried Zappos when I needed new casual dress shoes and had no time or patience to shop for them. The easy return policy encouraged me to give it a try, but I did not need it. The shoes were exactly as advertised, delivered within a couple of days and all it took was few clicks.
