I bought this bag for longer trips. It is very well made with reinforcements in all the typical areas of wear and the interior has plenty of room. The zippers have a nice cord or leather (I cannot tell which, but it is sturdy) that make opening and closing the bag very easy and convenient. The bag was quite a bit a bigger than I thought it would be, but I compared it to The North Face I bought at the same time and they are comparable. I think it will get years of use.
