First of all, 2 thumbs up for the Zappos customer service. They set the standard by which all others should be judged. Ordered these Wednesday evening and they were on my doorstep lunchtime the next day. Thanks for free overnight again Zappos you rule! I was really impressed with my first DVS's, the Milan2 which wore out due to a limp I've been dealing with. I bought these as a replacement since Milans aren't in stock anymore. These kicks are pure garbage. The outsoles are poorly attached and the fabric "suede" is faux. Once I stepped into them, they were instantly uncomfortable and impossible to wear due to it's extremely high arch design. Steer clear of this shoe. Sorry DVS, try again.
