Great sandal, great service. Not terribly supportive, but that's not really what's expected in a sandal of this kind. Still, fine to walk moderate distances in, and super cute. I bought a size 10 (my usual size) and was surprised to find they were just a little shorter than I expected, but not so much that they're not wearable. Overall, I'm more than satisfied with this purchase.

Love \'em! These sandals are perfect. Great for casual wear and the color matches everything. Also can totally be worn with dresses. They rubbed a little bit on my toe the first couple of wears, but no big deal...now totally comfy.

Cute shoes but flat and not great for walking for any length of time. There is no arch support and the sole is very thin, so I wouldn't recommend them if you have to be on your feet a lot during the day. The metalic color is between a silver and bronze and surprisingly versatile.

The shoe is so comfortable from the first wear. My first wear I took my dog on a long country back road walk and they were even more comfortable to my feet than my tennis shoes, except for the stray rock here and there because they are ultra flat. As it wears in it does get a bit looser of course, but the fact that it has the back ankle strap helps keep the shoe on. In fact, it is more comfortable than flip-flops because you don't have to keep gripping your toes because of the back strap. They look really pretty on the feet and work well with pants or skirts/dresses. They don't give the "cankle look" that some low-strap sandals do...

Silver is NOT SILVER - I must say, this is by far the most disappointing purchase I have ever made through zappos.com. Everything I have ever purchased has been great and I have never returned anything - only made exchanges due to size issues. I ordered the "Olive" in a so-called silver and was so excited about my purchase. I chose them over the Steve Madden "Sanfrann" because I liked the appearance of the color and material of the "Olive" better as determined via photographs. As soon as I opened the box, I took one look at the sandal and immediately decided to return them. Represented by the photos on zappos, in my oppinion, these shoes do not look to be made of patent, but instead look like a brushed silver on leather. In reality, these are a cheap looking patent leather in hardly a normal silver color. They look more bronze with a silver tinting than anything. Although I am highly dissatisfied with the sandal's color and material, I still very much like the overall appearance of the shoe. As soon as I am refunded for these sandals, however, I will be purchasing the Steve Madden "Sanfrann" in silver (which I have seen in both pictures and reality - they are a nice patent material and silver). Ultimately, my warning is as follows: If you are looking for a true silver sandal, do not buy the "Olive" in this color.

Love these sandals. I bought them in both white and silver -- although the silver is more of a neutral silvery-bronze-metallic than pure silver. Both gorgeous, with a really unique shape that looks much more interesting than your typical thong sandals. These look great with my summer dresses, and I'm sure they'll be my go-to shoes of choice this season. I'm usually between a 7.5 and 8, but the 7.5's fit perfectly. Fairly comfortable.

Problems - I bought these in the silver. I loved the way they looked, but unfortunately the strap around the heel was WAY too big. I couldn't even move it to make it smaller. I even tried buying it in a smaller size with no luck.
