I bought these boots for my daughter and they are absolutely adorable! The size I ordered were too big and Zappos immediately sent me a smaller size before I even returned the first pair. Zappos has the best shipping and customer service!

Really cute boots. The sizes are really big! My daughter usually wears a 1.5 or 2. I ordered the boots in a 2 so she could grow into them. They were so big that I'm going to put them in the closet until next year.

Absolutely adorable. Took the advice from another review that they run a little big so went down half a size and they are perfect! Wish they came in my size!

We actually needed 3 pairs of cowboy boots in time for Christmas for our 3 grandchildren. When I called to speak to Zappos in person just days before Christmas - I spoke to Joel who actually helped me find all the boots I needed. Joel must have hand delivered my order because all 3 boots arrived in less than 24 hours - just in time for the new pony that we bought to go with the boots. When I was on the phone talking to Joel, I complimented him on his customer service skills, the neat thing I found out was that Joel was not from costumer service at all he came from logistics. Apparently during the holidays everyone works customer service in order to meet the needs of the customer. I have been telling all of my family and friends about the great experience I had with Zappos! By the way these boots are awesome they are constructed very well and very nice looking boots. Just an FYI they do run a little big at least 12; to whole size.
