We actually needed 3 pairs of cowboy boots in time for Christmas for our 3 grandchildren. When I called to speak to Zappos in person just days before Christmas - I spoke to Joel who actually helped me find all the boots I needed. Joel must have hand delivered my order because all 3 boots arrived in less than 24 hours - just in time for the new pony that we bought to go with the boots. When I was on the phone talking to Joel, I complimented him on his customer service skills, the neat thing I found out was that Joel was not from costumer service at all he came from logistics. Apparently during the holidays everyone works customer service in order to meet the needs of the customer. I have been telling all of my family and friends about the great experience I had with Zappos! By the way these boots are awesome they are constructed very well and very nice looking boots. Just an FYI they do run a little big at least 12; to whole size.
I bought these for my 5-year-old niece. She loves them.
These are my toddler boys third pair of boots. Compared to other toddler boots, they have a stiff sole. This makes them a little less comfortable than the Roper. They're slippery and don't cushion the foot. In addition, the relatively high boot height makes them a little tough for my little cowboy to pull on by himself.
I love, love, love these and so did my 5yr old granddaughter. Zappos is great, free shipping and fast. I will definitely order from them again. Judy S

Bought these for my 4 year old-he loves them and they do not slip off. He actually can run around in them and I got a size bigger for him to grow. Well made, but wish the soles were more flexible and that the heels were a softer material. Good boot for the price.
My daughter loves the look and says they are extremely comfortable. A durable and well priced boot that my daughter will wear through fall/winter/spring.

Great product for the price! You can rarely find quality cowboy/girl boots for this price anymore. Can't wait to give them to my daughter for Christmas.
These boots are very cute, but they're not very durable. My daughter is not very hard on her shoes, but she lost a rhinestone on the third day she wore these. I was able to pop it back in that time, but a few days later, it was gone for good. She's since lost a few of the rhinestones out of the settings, and some sort of stringy plastic bit has popped out of the bootstrap, too. Had they been half the price, I wouldn't complain, but I paid quite a bit and expect better quality.
My daughter "has to" wear pink every day. These boots are a great addition to her wardrobe...fun and practical. We have a hard time finding shoes that don't rub and cause blisters. She was able to spend 3 hours walking around with no blisters and no tired feet! She wears a 1.5 or 2, so I ordered a 2 and they are great!
Absolutely adorable. Took the advice from another review that they run a little big so went down half a size and they are perfect! Wish they came in my size!
Wow, super quick shipping! Ordered on the weekend and came home to them Monday afternoon! Go Zappos! The boot is pretty wonderful too, very sturdy, well made, nice grip on the sole. My son has a super wide foot and we needed the square toe and wide width and this certainly fits the bill! I was nervous I'd have to return them but I have no qualms now, he is in love.
The cutest, my 5 year old loves them and they look adorable. Thrilled and worth every penny!
