My first Zappos experience, and it will not be my last!! Ordered on Saturday evening, had them by Tuesday afternoon, and free shipping. Can't ask for a much better on-line experience! These boots are great! Besides being my first experience with Zappos, this is my first experience with Durango's. They look good, feel good, and are well constructed. They slip on with ease, and within the first five minutes or so, were already breaking in. Like most other boots of this style, the heels feel a little loose until the sole starts to break in, (and a tag that comes with the shoe also points this out). Overall, they felt almost like bedroom slippers from the get-go!! The heel and sole on this model is not a typical thin western style, but more of a rugged work-boot, oil-resistant variety. I bought these to wear at work (I'm in trucking,) so these will work great. Either at work, or on a motorcycle, they will give a strong and rugged performance.

Best boot owned - This was the second boot I invested money into but the first to go past my expectations. Durango has definitely out did themselves with this boot. Comfort, style, and durability. I have owned mine for a year and put them threw the worst of the worst and they’re still standing strong and look good.

I purchased this boot in black for my husband. He loved it so much, that I got him another pair in brown. Wish you had them for women! I have the Frye Harness boot which is also a great quality boot (very stylish) but, tough to break in. The leather is softer on the Durango.

Great Boots- Boots were delivered as promised 3-5 days. They fit very well, perfect fit for me I would say; true to size and with. Leather and soles are excellent quality. Only thing with the boots is that the come without insoles so they are not that comfortable and they tire out your feet. You got to get your insoles. After you put the insoles they are great, even to run!!!

Nice Boot for higher arch- I've never worn harness boots before and it was hard to get use to seeing a square toe in stead of the typical pointed cowboy toe I've been use to for the past 40 years. The boot fits well considering I have one foot a full 1/2 size bigger than the other. The soles are slippery on wet floors and concrete and hopefully will improve as it wears.

Traditional and cool - A slightly different take on the classic Harness Boot: A dark brown distressed look with brass hardware. The overall quality is good, though the leather could be a bit thicker.

Love the Boots, Love the service - I ordered these boots for my husband for his birthday. I got them a half a size too large because in his military boots he wears a half size bigger than normal. I called and exchanged them and recieved the replacement pair a week before the shipping tag to return the to large pair. The customer service people were friendly and helpful overall it was the best shopping experience I've ever had online.
