I love the boots, but they do not fit true to size. All of the other reviews said they did, but I had to size down 1 entire number. What's worse is that because I trusted the reviews so much, I just threw them on and walked out the door to work. Almost immediately I noticed they were too big and was going to return them...but in the 6 hours I wore them, I scuffed them. Now I am having to sell the size 11 boots on Craigslist and buy new size 10 ones from a store that requires a bit of a drive. The boots look great, but the hoopla around the sizing part of the experience of purchasing shoes online is pretty disenchanting. I will not buy shoes online, again. The boots are 5 star, just remember to size down. Not sure about comfort, yet.

This boot fits great. I am diabetic and have problems finding shoes that fit comfortably. The fit is near perfect. I now have great boots for motorcycle riding.

Excellent with a comfortable footbed. Easy on and off. Exactly as advertised. I ordered a half size too big at first and Zappos made the exchange painless and fast.

My first Zappos experience, and it will not be my last!! Ordered on Saturday evening, had them by Tuesday afternoon, and free shipping. Can't ask for a much better on-line experience! These boots are great! Besides being my first experience with Zappos, this is my first experience with Durango's. They look good, feel good, and are well constructed. They slip on with ease, and within the first five minutes or so, were already breaking in. Like most other boots of this style, the heels feel a little loose until the sole starts to break in, (and a tag that comes with the shoe also points this out). Overall, they felt almost like bedroom slippers from the get-go!! The heel and sole on this model is not a typical thin western style, but more of a rugged work-boot, oil-resistant variety. I bought these to wear at work (I'm in trucking,) so these will work great. Either at work, or on a motorcycle, they will give a strong and rugged performance.

I wanted to be a cowboy for Halloween but never thought I could get my wide feet in a pair of cowboy boots. But these fit as advertised and have a great look. Originally the right was slightly tighter than the left, which fit perfectly, so I give comfort 4/5 stars, but after a few days of wearing them, it is not as noticeable. I will definitely be wearing these for more than just Halloween.
