I love these shoes. I have a wide foot and I'm very heavey so comfortable shoes are hard to find. These fit nice and high around my ankle but the strap can be adjusted over the instep. They look nice too. I ordered then in a second color.

This is a very comfortable good-looking shoe. The color is nice and the velcro straps are great. They are appropriate for work with skirts or slacks, however, the extra height at the heal tends to rub on my ankles (especially if they are at all swollen).
Brands I'd also recommend: Propet

This shoe was a disappointment, and I am returning it. Very stiff, very clunky. For a therapeutic shoe, it has surprisingly poor arch support.
