The Zappos web site is easy to use. They have the special sizes I need & a good selection. Delivery is fast, even regular delivery is 3 days tops. The shoes fit properly, even spacious for my hard to fit wide feet. This is my second purchase. I came back for the second. That has to tell you they are good at what they do.

This is a great shoe. Very comfortable, anatomically shaped for wide duck-style feet and very stylish in a funky sort of way (my teenage daughter actually liked them).

As a woman with VERY wide feet, I needed a dressier shoe that was not a man's oxford/wingtip style. This shoe is contemporary enough to be attractive, yet unisex enough to be worn by a woman in dress slacks. They are comfortable right out of the box, and have enough room in the toebox, although standing all day in them with orthotics leaves my feet tired/achy...they are not "cushy", but are an excellent choice for the few times I actually need "dress" shoes here in the Pacific NW (where standard dress is Jeans and Keens).
Brands I'd also recommend: Chacos, Keen

The width of the shoe is great. The shoe's tongue is too long; it digs into my ankle. The side of the shoe digs into the knob on the side of my foot. The shoe has no ventilation, so my feet get sweaty really fast. The shoe is flat on the bottom, not recommended for winter wear. Buy foam supports with this shoe.

Second time I wore them, the left shoe started to squeak, then about a month later, the right shoe did the same. Now the insole is pilling - Ack! Very uncomfortable. Must have made this pair on Friday afternoon.
