Even though my husband ordered a half size smaller than his usual size, he found the shoe very generous. With his orthotic in place he found the shoe still too deep. The laces were a little short which was surprising.

Work Shoe - Deliver time was great. They look great and are doing a great job on cement all day at work. Anyone with wide feet and needs extra padding, this is the shoe.

Great shoe! Great company! My son has a short, wide foot with a very high instep. We followed Zappos’ advice to order a 1/2 size larger and this shoe fit him perfectly and was comfortable right away. He's drooling for another pair. Zappos is great!

6 Wide - It's hard to find 6 wides shoes that look and feel good. This shoe looks and feels great. I have black. New Balance is the only other.

I bought this Drew for work walking 10 miles a day. I've only walked 3 hours a day due to medical restrictions. So far it is very comfortable. It is great on hard, flat surfaces, but lacks a little lateral support for uneven terrain like lawns, etc. Therefore, overall only 4 stars.

I have gout, and my right foot is larger than left. I have a hard time finding shoes with enough room for my inserts. These shoes are excellent, and have the necessary extra depth. Very satisfied with fit and comfort, although after walking for any distance, they seem to "eat" my socks.
Brands I'd also recommend: Reebok are only athletic shoes I have found that fit me.

Feels wider than stated. Very deep for orthotics however being wide and deep, the laces cannot be tightened tight enough to keep heel from slipping while walking. Laces are longer than necessary. I own other Drew shoes but am very disappointed in these shoes.

I wore these shoes to work, and my feet were killing me. I had to take out the additional inserts just to make it through the day. In all fairness to Zappos and Drew it does say on this site to size a 1/2 larger. I strongly suggest that you follow this advice when ordering.

Very disappointed in the shoe as they're NOT leather, they're some other synthetic type material and they squeak when I walk! I bought them because I have the Women's white shoe and love them! However, I was disappointed they didn't come in black for women, but since I have wide feet, I figured these would be okay...NOT! Comfort wise, they're great, I just hate the squeaking! I also dislike the fact Drew says one thing and the product says something else. The only reason I kept them is because I've worn them outside several times thinking the squeak will surely go away...guess that's what I get for thinking! No reflection on Zappos, as they're the BEST!
