I have a condition called Charcot foot and these shoes fit absolutely perfectly; however, the podiatrist said the netting wasn't going to support my foot correctly so I need to go to something else. I love this company. When I ordered the shoes they were on my doorstep the next morning. Don't know why Zappos can do that and no one else can. Way to go!

I have a very wide foot. I put these shoes on and wore then to work the day after I received them. I wore them all day with no problems. I work on my feet all day at a retail business. I love them I want to buy another pair when they become available.

I am a size 7EEW. Very hard to find. These are the most comfortable shoes I have had in years!

I have another pair of non-athletic Drew shoes that I love, but the Flares are just not for me. I bought my usual 12XW size but I had a lot of heel slippage. I tried an 11XW and still got the heel slippage - I'm not a fan of the resultant blisters from that in any shoe. If you have problems finding shoes with a wide enough heel, give these a try. It's a shame I couldn't get them to fit, they are extremely comfortable, well made and cute.

I absolutley love Drew! I have a wide, fat food and this has the best fit of any manufacturer out there. It is the deepest shoe, plus has great arch support and you can remove it if you want to wear very thick socks and still get decent arch support. I have three of their dress shoes and they are stylish and comfortable - and wear well. I have been wearing them for almost eight years.

Great shoes! I have bought these in white, white/blue, and bone. Wish they came in black also. Room in the toe box for wide toes, good arch support, and comfortable. I have Morton's neuroma and plantar fasciitis, and have a terrible time finding comfortable shoes. These are great and I can wear them all day without discomfort. I also like that they look like ahletic shoes and not like orthopedic shoes. There are other brands that I thought of trying, but they are never available in Wide. The Drew Flare comes in a variety of widths to accommodate all shapes of feet.

Well built but very stiff all over. Did fit my custom orthotics, but the heel slipped up and down. Could give strong support for some, but just not right for me. Really like the choice of widths.

I've found a beautiful shoe for my flat feet. I have fallen in love with Drew. They are a very strong shoe, but great cushion for my job. I am an order filler specialist at Lands End, on my feet 8 hours a day, and these shoes are going to make my feet happier while I'm making others happier. Thank you, Zappos and Drew.

I like this shoe. I have sort of "duck feet", and this shoe doesn't make them look wider. I also have to wear custom orthotics, which means there is a limited selection of shoes I can wear, and this one looks oddly "normal", which is nice. It is a little heavy, but the mesh makes the sides stretch enough to accommodate my bunions - I could wear it right away, without breaking it in first.

I like this sneaker very much. I am very particular about how shoes fit. I did find the 9.5 a bit big so I returned them for a 9ww. I think they run true to size. I just wasn't sure of my size. I appreciate Zappos customer service.

Very comfortable shoes. They work for walking\/hiking, but also for dance\/ exercise classes. I would get them again.

Finally, a sporty-looking shoe with wonderful support. Great style, light weight, great fit (wide enough in toe box and laces adjust to keep from slipping up and down on my heel). Worth every penny. Love 'em!

I can't believe how unbelievably awesome and incredibly customer service based Zappos.com is! As occurs at times, there was a snafoo with my order. I must say I did contribute to the snafoo, though after all was done. I have fallen in love with my Drew Flares! Not only are they incredibly supportive and comfortable, I settled with an entire size smaller than my usual. The WW option helped. Again, the customer service almost out weighs the product. I am a customer for life!

I live in a very small town with no shopping opportunities. A pedorthist prescribed this shoe for severe foot problems, and it has worked very well. It is so much easier to buy from Zappos than to have to arrange to meet the pedorthist in Kalispell, 90 miles away, if he orders it. The shoe is durable and has great support. It has made my life less painful. I wear Drew's Flare 99% of my waking moments. About Zappos - superlatives are needed to describe my feelings. Nothing negative to say - they are great! Customer service is exemplary.

Great shoes, but they run larger than my New Balance shoes of the same size. I really love these shoes, they are very comfortable and have helped me with my many issues: flat feet, a neuroma in each foot, and very wide. I use them for walking my dog and for brisk walks near the beach. Be patient in finding your 'Drew' shoes: it's worth it.

I have a short, wide, high instep foot - not easy to find a shoe to accommodate all of those, but this shoe works. Also had surgery on 1 foot so I was looking for toebox room b/c of scar. Also good on space. Originally ordered 1/2 size bigger b/c that’s normally what I have to do – wasn’t necessary, so I returned and went from 7.5EE to 7W and had a ton of room to wiggle toes. These are also great to accommodate orthotics, heel cups, whatever you need b/c they’re deep.
