This is a review for all the wide footed guys. I go size 12 to 12 1/2, 5 to 6E. So when I shop, I start with size and pick what I can. Most shoes available for wide feet look terrible. So, first PRO comment, the Atlas is nicely designed. It doesn't look huge. Also, a very sturdy shoe. Guys with big feet need support. It doesn't feel sloppy or flimsy like many casual shoes. Also feels true to size. Negatives? Not many, maybe a little tight around the ankle, but lacing loosely takes care of that. Would probably prefer not to have the Drew logo so prominent on the heel. That's it. Oh, and while I'm at it, although this has nothing to do with the shoe. Zappos has got to stop using huge boxes to send just two or three shoes! Thanks.

The other review that is listed must be from an employee of the company because I am currently sending the Drew Atlas back to be replaced with a New Balance shoe. The size was right, but the width felt like a 4E not a 6E like I ordered. I imagined that with my Flinstone feet that I would be buying yet another pair of shoes rather quickly due to the inaccurate width. The style was good and the construction was good, but don't be fooled fellas with wide feet like mine, this is not a true 6E.
Brands I'd also recommend: New Balance

Ordered these athletic shoes for my spouse. We purchased a pair of Drew walking shoes last fall for a 3 week trip to Israel and Turkey and they look great and are very comfortable. He hasn't been able to find a pair of tennis shoes that could be used with his orthotics, his wide foot (4 EEEE), and his high arch. These can accommodate all of the above, plus they have a steel shank for support, something his foot doctor highly recommended. A real plus for Drew shoes is that they are stylish as well as comfortable--even though they are not cheap, they are well made and a good value.

I have been buying from Zappos for a while now and must say the customer service is without a doubt the best in the business! I will continue to buy from Zappos as long as they make no changes to how they conduct business.\r\n\r\nThe Drew Atlas shoes I bought, were a size smaller since they didnt have the size I wanted. Turns out that the size I bought, are the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever put on my feet.

I have rheumatoid arthritis, and hence, very wide feet. I was almost to the point of having shoes custom made, but these fit! I find them comfortable and stylish.

This shoe met all of my criteria for a comfortable, well-constructed, quality shoe that can easily accommodate orthotics and it was on sale! Now I can work all night on my feet without pain.

The Atlas was not a favorite for my husband, so the shoe was returned. He found the shoe not quite as wide as all his other Drews. Length was okay but at the end of the day it was just too snug.
