Very well made shoe wear a 10-10 1/2, diabetic and need a good shoe with great fit. Have a wide foot, so finding a 6E is great! Needed just a wee bit more room so went up to the 10 1/2. Like the velcro closing, and two insoles to choose from for comfort.

Best service I could ever expect. Arrived on time and I didn't have to worry about the fit because they have free returns. Of course the shoes fit. I tried three other shoe distributors and this was the finally the one that had the shoe and the size I needed.

This navy shoe looks great, but it is sized way big. I wear a 5W; this could easily be a 6 or more, as I can get three fingers behind my heel. The inside says 5W so it's not a mistake from the box. Like wearing mommie's shoes! oh well- 5 is the smallest size.

Drew, Drew, Drew...where did we go wrong? You are cute and comfy but you have a freaky toe box. It's high, but it's low. High in the wrong place and low in the wrong place. I removed one of the insoles as suggested by the manufacturer hoping to solve the toe box issue, but my big toe still hit the underside of the toe box and then the sides were too high and cut into my ankles! Argh! See Ya around Drew, but not in my closet.

Well made shoe. I ordered two pair and had to return for a half size larger and they fit perfectly. Not too wide in the toe box and comes up on the heel as not to slip. Nice tight lace holed to hold the tie. Comfort all day!

Great, comfortable shoe especially for my wide toes. Adjustability is a wonderful help. Kind of clunky looking but I could tell that from the picture. Will wear sightseeing in Europe this summer after I have added an arch support insole.

Great shoe! Athletic sole grips, plenty of room for toes when using orthotics, leather doesn't squeak, extra wide shank gives stability to foot, laces enable precision adjustment for fit, great arch support. Best shoe I have found in years. This is the way a shoe should fit. Comfortable. Drew, please NEVER change this shoe!

This shoe has a number of great features that I like, bit it's a bit too short. My toe pushes against the end of the shoe, and that just won't work for an exercise shoe. I'll need to return it because of this. It also seems a bit wide, maybe due to the added depth. I would definitely have to wear it with socks due to fill in the extra room. Otherwise, it's a comfy, supportive shoe that goes on so easily. Looks good, too.

Even though I measured my foot, this shoe was a bit too long. Had to exchange for 1/2 size smaller.

I love these shoes. They're comfortable and look great! I like that they're wide in the toe area and don't pinch.

I am 59 and have lymphedema in my right leg. It's very hard to find a sandals that is comfortable. I order proper Tahoe walker, and Kelley, Aravon Katy, Aravon Katherine ar. The prophet Tahoe and keeley did not fit right. Aravon Katy and Katherine made your heel press hard on the heel . I sent them or back and give it one more try. The Drew cascade is wonderful like walking on air. They are the nose comfortable sandals. I don't do but I hope this will help someone. If I seen a review like this I would have order the Drew cascade.

This is a great shoe for super support and stability. The style is much better than other stability shoes. Sadly, the leather seemed tight and bothered my hammertoe so I'm going to order the Flash model with mesh inserts instead. At this price I don't want to wait to see if the shoe will stretch out a bit or not.

I have long, narrow, flat feet with a small bunion on one foot. Shoes are hard to find. These Drews are too clunky to be totally stylish, but--they stay on, I can walk comfortably in them, my orthotic inserts fit, and they don't hurt. The maryjane strap has sufficient Velcro to cinch in tightly. The fabric toe area stretches enough not to bind on a bunion. The double removable insoles make it possible to replace the top insole with my orthotics, keep the underlying insole for cushioning, and still have enough depth in the shoe. With my feet, I choose function over form, and these shoes make the cut.

I really like these sandals, but I did encounter one problem: the shoes are not deep enough for my orthotics. I use the orthotics in the Drew Cascade-style sandals that I own, but ion these, they stick out above the line of the sole -- not good. I wear them without the orthotics, which is OK, since these are my "dress-up" shoes and I don't keep them on long. If you don't use orthotics, I highly recommend them, but I am really disappointed that there isn't consistency in this brand.

Second insole makes for a great fit. Perfect for people with wide and swollen feet. Very soft. Pricey but worth it.

Footbed liner is removable, but states it will fit N/M. While shoe size is a 10N, it's not really true to width. Feels a bit wide on my foot, and there's only so much tightening-up the laces will allow.

I love these shoes/sneakers. Not only are they so pretty, they are very comfortable. I return over half of the shoes I order due to them not being comfortable, but these are great. I usually wear a 9W. These I got a size 8 1/2 wide as the reviews stated they ran a little big. Did I say I love love love them? The only thing, I did feel they were a little expensive.

This shoe is very comfortable with enough arch support. Wear 6 1/2 WW. Have in both black white and bronze.

OK, so me again. Thanks for their awesome service, the next size up appeared very quickly and very quickly, I found the same toebox issues for my little right toe. I guess the style is unfortunately consistent no matter the size!

New Balance discontinued W1569 and this is the only extra-wide that is rugged enough for warehouse work. I miss the extra metal 'hooks' on the NB shoes and that they were lower with a cutout for my foot's back tendon. These take more work to put on as I have to loosen the laces nearly to the end. They will wear hotter due to more cushioning and synthetic material. Also costing me more. Ouch! So much for getting new socks and insoles too. The NB's lasted me 10 months of casual use before the leather developed tears where the shoe bent the most. If these more expensive shoes do not last at least a year I'm going to have to give up, find some decent walking shoes, and just add a custom made toe guard of some sort. With all the padding, sure wish these came in 3E. My NB's were 4E size 9, but felt like a 8.5 3E. (I need a 7.5 - 8 3E.) Still, the toe box is great. I have an upturned big toe plus bunions so any extra room is a must or I'm limping within the hour. Again, wish it was 3E so I could wear my most absorbent socks with them. I wear orthotics, but when I tried the shoe on without them I didn't feel any arch support worth mentioning.

These shoes have what the Drew website calls a mild rocker bottom built into the sole. This was a disaster for me. I have balance problems and use a cane. With these shoes, I actually had to use two canes to walk. Looking online, I see there is at least one study that concluded that rocker bottoms may cause more falls for people with balance problems. On the positive side, these shoes look nice (considering that they take custom orthotics). The heel does not slip and the toe box and forefoot are wide enough. The two removable insoles worked great for making room for my extra depth orthotics. I really liked the beige color. The shoes are well made and of good quality. But they did feel pretty heavy and clunky. They might work okay for someone without balance problems.
