I had the same problem as the last reviewer. I love the shoes. Very stylish and yet comfortable, but the ankle strap is too loose and cannot be tightened to the smallest hole on the ankle strap. I am going to order down a half size and see if that fixes the problem without sacrificing comfort of the shoe.

Back strap is too long and you can not adjust. Otherwise LOVED this shoe. I am going to try a size smaller.

I'm so disappointed that I will likely need to send these back. I do have a narrow heel, but was hoping that the adjustable strap would work for me. Odd that the tightest hole on the strap can't be used! Not sure if it's this particular pair or what?! The tightest hole is such in the part of the leather that starts to get wider. The buckle won't fit over the leather right there. Unless I can find some sort of insert to raise my foot up some, these will have to go back. The length is fine for me, but the heel strap is too loose. I love wedges. From the 2 minutes I had them on my feet, they seem to be comfortable. The faux wood grain heel is really nice too.
