Dr. Martens Reviews
Dr. Martens are crap. Every pair that I have ever owned has fallen apart within six months. I have sworn that I will never buy another pair. They are cheaply made and a waste of money.

I have not broken in a pair of smooth leather Doc's for over 20 years. These have really broken in after only two or three wearings and are some of the most comfortable Martens I have owned. Love the all black look on these and wear them 3 or 4 days a week.
Love these boots! They feel great and look fantastic. Needed a durable high-heeled boot. Felt absolutely true to size, too. I usually get a UK6/Woman's 8 but they were out of it, so I opted for the UK5/Woman's 7 and was pleasantly surprised to find that they fit just fine.

Love these boots! They feel great and look fantastic. They do lack the usual cushioning on the inside that other Docs seem to have, however, but that doesn't detract from the awesome. Felt absolutely true to size, too. I usually get a UK6/Woman's 8 but they were out of it, so I opted for the UK5/Woman's 7 and was pleasantly surprised to find that they fit just fine.
These are nice boots, but the quality is not that great. I was kind of let down. I have had them for a few months, and I have worn them on a regular basis, and they are squeaky. The boots literally squeak with every step you take. I had to actually lubricate the tongues with Vaseline to reduce the noise. They are comfortable once broken in, but the squeaking is insane.
Love, love, love. I have long been an admirer of the DM style and quality. I've owned similar styles of DMs before, and these have fully lived up to my expectations. They feel sturdy without being too heavy. They are uniquely styled without being ostentatious.
I'm a big Doc Marten's fan and actually were these shoes to the office. At eight years old, these are the oldest pair of shoes I own! I do a lot of walking and usually shoes just last a year. But these have defied the test of time and aside from needing a polish, still look brand new.
I'm on my third pair of these boots. Comfortable, go with almost everything. It's like the boot molds its form to your foot.
I purchased a pair of Dr. Martens earlier than have a deep seated sole. The shoes fit fine otherwise but - the back of my ankle was rubbing because the soles were too deep. I purchased two pair of these insoles and - put one in the dr. martens and - problem solved. They fit / size the same as the dr. martens so it was a perfect fit. Very comfortable. The reason I got these over something from the drug store (i.e. Dr. Scholls) was because the latter breakup so easy. These seem to be great and - after wearing them for hours - they don't break up. I used the other pair in a pair of Clarks I have. Very comfortable.
Fantastic. Beautiful boots. Solid, durable material. I've gotten several compliments from strangers while wearing them. The color is very appealing in its subtly. Overall, a classic boot. And it's vegan! Here's to hoping that Dr. Martens exponentially expands their vegan line of shoes. How awesome would it be get some of their other shoes in a vegan version?!

They don't feel as good on the upper ridge of my foot as the older version that had loop lace straps. The outer soul is the same great soul and the inner soul is improved.
They look great and lovely. However, the sizing is tricky. I really wanted to keep these and tried size UK4 and UK3. Sadly UK4 were too long and UK3 were too narrow. I normally wear US5.5 or US6, UK3. Maybe it would be perfect for someone with narrow feet.
I have had many, many pairs of DM's over the years and these are by far the most comfortable Doc's I have ever owned. Slim fitting, kind of a girlie combat look, super soft leather and no break-in period like most Doc's. The black has more of a worn look than pictured, other sites describe color as sanded pillow, it has a bit of a sanded look to make the black look gray in areas of boot. I wear a 7.5 in Frye an 8 in these.
These are great boots and that is what you get from Dr. Martens all the time. This is my 8th pair of the brand. They run large, I wear a size 12US Nike/Adidas and that translates to a 11 US in these boots. They are the most comfortable boots that you will ever wear! Zappos has great customer service so order away!
The best shoes I have ever owned. Super comfortable and stylish. I wear a 10 US and got a 7 UK because their sizes run a tad large.
I work in the restaurant industry and it is hard to find comfortable shoes let alone quality. Etons are awesome in every aspect! Zappos provided lighting fast delivery! Thank you.
Last (size) consistent with quality shoes. If Doc's came in half sizes it would be ideal. Very comfortable with good elastic gore that allows easy on & off while keeping (so far) a snug fit (unlike others that are either too tight to get into or too sloppy to walk in). The brand makes a difference. Better quality than I expected when I first saw the source. (That large country that seems to make just about everything.)
I'm a restaurant manager, and these shoes were excellent shoes for work...for the first 3 weeks. Then they started falling apart. The uppers are still in good condition, but the soles have gone completely flat and have huge cracks throughout. I used to wear these shoes for a year without a problem, and now they haven't even made it a month.
