I received these boots yesterday and have been walking around in them all day. They are very stylish and super comfortable! They do not seem to require the same breaking in time that other Doc Martin shoes have. I ordered these shoes because I have another pair of Doc Martin shoes in black, which have been worn almost every day for four months and they still show no wear and tear on the rubber bottom. The durability and style is worth the price for these.

Got these boots in Moss and I absolutely love them, no break in period needed as the leather is soft and comfortable the first time you put it on. This is probably the best looking chukka/desert boots I have owned and I've had several. Would definitely get the tan color as soon as one becomes available. I have owned many Dr. Martens throughout the years and the quality, style and durability is what keeps me buying it.

About Dr. Martens
Where the classic 1460 style was being used by mailmen, union workers, and factory workers, it soon became popular among the masses. The 1460 continues to thrive, symbolizing individualism, originality, and taps into a individual's unique style who's willing to make that bold statement.
Dr. Martens doesn't think of itself as a "shoe" brand, but rather a way of thinking, a self-expression if you must. Popularly known as Doc Martens, they allow you to feel free to rock your grunge shorts, spike up your hair to the heavens, showoff your body art, whatever floats your boat. So whether you call them Dr. Martens, Doc Martens or just Docs there are no limits to your creativity.
