This is a beautiful boot, but I could barely get my feet in and the ankle was very stiff. I knew if I kept them, I'd never wear them because they would absolutely kill my ankles after an hour or so.

Great new Dr. Marten's style. Perfect height. Comfortable shoe, though a little stiff and nothing a little breaking in won't fix. Will add some heel cushions for a bit more squishiness. Overall, extremely pleased with this shoe.

I absolutely love these. I don't wear heels often because I hate the discomfort/instability, but I wear these all the time. Very comfortable, very stable. I've taken some longish walks through the city in them and have even worn them on uneven, unpaved surfaces with no problem. They look great. Beautiful, rich, go-with-everything brown. Toe is not too pointy, not too round. The "Chelsea" style goring is very hip. I always get compliments! I generally wear a 6.5 and the size 4 UK fits perfectly.

This is a great shoe! So stylin' (looks amazing with jeans!), such a pretty color, and so well-made. They were perhaps a bit tight on my wide feet in the beginning, but once I broke them in, they have been perfectly comfortable! Love these shoes.

I love these shoes now! They were a bit tight when I first put them on, and it has taken several wearings to break them in, but they are now my go-to shoes. They are great with jeans, pants and long skirts - they are truly comfortable to walk in all day whether I am teaching or shopping. You will not go wrong if you purchase these!

I bought these because I needed a shoe I could wear to work in the New England winter...these might be the most perfect set of shoes for that purpose. First, really good traction so they are good for when you have to trudge through some snow to get to your car. Second, the heel really works with dress pants of all colors (I have these in brown). Third, these are super cute with skinny jeans for weekends. Incredibly comfy and you can wear them with socks... what more do you want??

I can usually wear anywhere from a 5.5 to a 6, though rarely in designer heels (Ferragamo, Weitzman, etc) I will wear a 5. I got these in a 5 and they are perfect, so I advise you to round down. Because they hit a little high up the back of the calf they may take some breaking in there, as others have said, but it doesn't take long and after that they are as comfortable as docs are famous for being!

I secretly do not want to tell you how fabulous this shoe is! Give it a good breaking in around the house first and off you go! These shoes see me up and down two flights of stairs and through 10-12 days on my feet! Oh so stylish and comfy!
