- Goodyear-welted means the upper and sole are stitched together, not glued.
- Aggressively cleated PVC sole is heat-sealed and benefits from a wooden shank for improved mid-foot rigidity.

I love the styling of these shoes. They look great and the thick sole boosts me up another inch. Personally, I don’t find them very comfortable. I have high arches and could not walk in them unless I put in some arch supports. I wouldn’t go hiking with these shoes but love to wear them when there is not a lot of walking needed.
