Very comfy shoes! The quality and design are nice as well. I wear a 7.5 and ordered a size 38 (uk5 us7), which was a little bit loose, but I put little heel inserts in the back and now they fit great.

What is with the sizing?! I have quite a few pairs of doc martens, and I’m really starting to wonder what the heck is going with them anymore!! This is the 2nd pair of docs I’ve ordered in the last year, and although they're "my" size, they're huge! They’re at least a size too large; unfortunately, I have small feet and as it is order the smallest size available, so I can't even order a smaller size. I’m hoping that putting insoles in the shoes will help, so that I can wear them. I thought when I ordered them that if the sizing was off like the last pair, that the 2 bars across the top would help keep the shoes on my feet - nope!

Reviewing the Doc Marten's Jessie Olivia -2 bar shoe - I bought these shoes for my daughter who lives in another state. They were too large (she wears a 9-1/2 shoe and these shoes don't come in 1/2 sizes) so I ordered a size 10 for her. Instead of returning them she bought inner soles to make them tighter and she says they fit fine and she likes them very much. She is a waitress and needs good shoes since she is on her feet 9 hours a day.

Great shoe for Doc lovers - This is a great shoe for people who can’t use the thin-fancy-flat shoes, especially for people who need a lot more support. They weigh less than most Doc Mary Janes. I wear a us 8 1/2 so...a UK 6 worked well for me.

Cool and respectable looking! A very comfy shoe that makes my huge feet look small and cute, the elastic on the straps is convenient and makes slipping them on easy...a teensy bit loose in the heel, but otherwise perfect! Plus Zappos got them to me in 2 days! Thanks!

Love my Docs! I have been an avid Dr. Marten shoe collector for years and fell in love with these right away. I needed something that was a bit more professional, but I like how they still have an "edge" to them with the studs. I find that Docs run larger than other shoes, so I ordered these in a woman's size 8 (I'm normally a 9) and they fit perfectly. Thanks Zappos for being such a wonderful place to shop!
