Overall:

I first purchased this bag in a retail store in black pebble leather. I just loved the size and style. I have trying to find it forever to order other colors and finally found it at Zappos (of course)! When the Cherry color came in I did not hesitate. I ordered this purse at 8:15 PM and it arrived the next day at 1:30 PM, less than 24 hours! Amazing! When I saw the cherry color it took my breath away! I love this purse; just the right size (more east/west than north/south). I have been trying forever to find my style and I think this is it! Please Zappos, get more colors back! Don't hesitate to purchase this purse; it carries like a dream either in the hand or the shoulder.

Great big nylon bag! Believe it or not, I bought this bag for the sole purpose of carrying it in the rain. (My usual everyday bag is a leather designer bag and I didn't want to get it ruined in the rain.) I had originally ordered the canvas version (before the nylon version came out), but returned it because it was just too heavy. Thankfully the nylon version came out soon after! If you're concerned about weight, the leather Juliette is the heaviest, then the canvas, and the nylon is the lightest. It's a pretty big bag; great for the fall and winter when I want to put a hat, scarf and gloves inside, plus an umbrella. The thick leather handles add a dressier side to the bag, and the shoulder strap comes in handy. You can use this as a cross-body bag if you're relatively thin, but it's not that comfortable because the bag is so big, so I'll either carry the bag in my hand or over my shoulder. I can also carry it on the crook of my arm if I'm not wearing a big coat. The lining is bright pink no matter what color bag you choose. I carried this bag in the rain and noticed raindrops formed on the outside instead of soaking in, so it's slightly water repellent. You would just have to wipe the bag down as soon as you get indoors. I also have several Longch--- bags, but the Dooney is definitely more structured than the Longch---. It holds its shape better. I've always felt the Longch--- bags were too flimsy, especially their handles. Plus everyone has those here in NYC, and not many people have the Dooney, which is nice. I got the red because I like color, but not too much color, and thought the red goes with a lot of things; I'm very happy with my choice!

I am very happy with my D & B purchase. What drew me to this handbag was the colorful D and B's all over it. It is a mid-size bag and holds everything I usually carry. Already have had many compliments on it.

The wristlet complements my Dooney and Bourke Dillen satchel in the plum color. The wristlet is the perfect size and accommodates all the necessities that a girl needs to take to lunch or to the grocery store while still having room left over. The wristlet definitely attracts positive attention and will have people come up to you and ask , "Where did you get that? Is that a Dooney bag?" I am always pleased to direct them to Zappos.com and to answer "yes" to their question that this is a Dooney bag. I have found that the more you use your Dooney bag the better the leather gets and the compliments continue to come in. I am the Dooney and Bourke girl from Hamilton Township and proud of it. The staff at Zappos.com are to be commended for their professionalism, courteous manner, and knowledge about the product that you are purchasing.

I loved this bag when I first saw it at my local department store. Decided to order from Zappos and save the sales tax. Wish I had tried the bag first before ordering it online. The strap is way too short and the leather digs in under my arm (very uncomfortable, forget wearing a coat with this). Dooney needs to make the strap on this bag at least 9" long. Too bad, it's a really cute bag.

When I saw this D&B it was a perfect size handbag. I love the extra shoulder strap, and times I will not use it. The bag is roomy having pockets for cell phones, and any other items that you may want to keep close by. I love how the bag is divided with a zippered pocket in the middle. While the bag I purchased has the black handles, no matter where I go someone compliments this handbag! I am so happy with this handbag, and love this style, not too large and not too small, a truly perfect size!

I love the giraffe wristlet! It will hold a change purse, cell phone, keys, credit cards and receipts. I love that I can just run into a store, grab the wristlet and go! I have received many compliments on this bag. Love the Navy Nylon with Pink interior. Plenty of room for everything. The only drawback is the length of the shoulder straps. Even after I adjusted them, they still were a bit short for my liking. Every time I want to get something from the bag, I have to put it down to gain access. With my other bags, I can just reach down while the bag rests on my shoulder.

This bag is gorgeous! It is the thickest, most luxurious leather. I got the cognac and it\'s a perfect shade for all year. I don\'t mind the buckle. The strap length is great even for going over coats. This would be a great bag in any color, because you just can\'t beat the quality of this leather. It looks like effortless class!

This is my first order from Zappos.com. When I initially received my wristlet it was DOA (the snap was already broken). The support person who answered my call seemed truly mortified by this situation and fixed it immediately. They shipped me a more expensive version of my original order and waived all fees. It was a great customer support experience (these days, increasingly rare). Did you know their customer support is based right here in America? Amazing! I will order more from Zappos.com - they are doing things right. By the way, I love my wristlet. It holds all the critical items (i-phone, lipstick, money & cards), plus it is saving my posture by not carrying a purse anymore. I have heard that a heavy wristlet will ruin the ignition of your car, but I don't really care. Besides, it is easy to unhook the pouch from the strap holding the keys. I love this wristlet!

This is a darling little bag that can be used as a small handbag, especially if you are pettite. You can also use it the way you would a clutch. I put it in my big tote for a work day and that way at lunch I can just grab it out and go!

I have been wanting this purse for such a long time but thought it was way too expensive, but I could not hold out any longer, so I ordered it. It is such a well made bag and really love it; however, if I has waited another month to order, I could have gotten this bag for much less than the price I paid. I never ever get a bargain. You think I would learn better but then I'm only in my 70s and still being taught a lesson or two.

I am loving my Dillen Satchel from Dooney & Bourke. I've recieved so many compliments on how nice my purse is and the color tan is so awesome it's off the meter. I can carry it on my shoulder or arm and it really stands out from the rest. I love it so much that my next purchase will be another Dooney & Bourke. It is so classy and sophisticated - I love this purse. It truly rocks.

I love this bag! I first saw it at a retail store and couldn\'t stop thinking about it. I was pleased to find it through Zappos where I didn\'t have to shell out 7% for tax! Also, the retailers only have it in one or two colors. Zappos has the best selection. I get compliments on this bag when I am out shopping and I always tell people to get it from Zappos!

Zappos came through for me by getting this purse to me in one day. It was my wife's birthday and I found out her favorite purse, which is the Dooney & Bourke, had broke and she threw it away. I searched all over and the only place that had the same purse was here at Zappos. I was able to get in one day in time for my wife's birthday and she loves it. So thanks to Zappos for having a great variety of products, and a great price besides. They made me look like a hero. Thanks.

I don't normally write reviews, but I just had to let everyone know that this purse is absolutely beautiful! And the customer service is unbeatable. I ordered the purse yesterday afternoon and chose standard shipping. I received an email last night informing me that my shipment had been upgraded and that I would receive my purse sooner that the standard 4-5 business days. I thought I would get it a couple of days early, but to my delight, when I got home today there it was, delivered the very next day! It is beautiful and your service is outstanding!
