I had a pair of these shoes (in the black distressed metallic leather) before my first pregnancy. My feet grew enough after two that wearing these former all-day shoes was sadly no longer an option. So I bought them again (a half-size larger this time) in a couple of colors and love them. I generally go a half-size larger in DP shoes because they run a bit narrow and do not come in wide, to my knowledge.

Wow! Yes, they're expensive, but I'm considering buying a second pair. (1) the shape is conservative and (2) the color is neutral (pewter) so it goes with everything (3) and it's kind of dressy / edgy looking. Plus the heel is the perfect height. I'm between 8.5 and 9 and the 8.5 was too small. 9 is perfect.

The Seana that I bought is in the lead/pewter color. The metallic color of the print is subtle, elegant and can work with browns as well as greys. The shoe is versatile and can be casual or dressy. Because we are just getting out of sandal season, I haven\'t been able to wear the shoe much. My feet are a little wide and the shoe is comfortable on me in the toe box and with its stretch.

Much stogier looking than I expected, even with the sparkle in the faux snakeskin pattern.

I love these shoes. Pliners really have a special kind of elegant style, in my opinion, and this shoe, with its seemingly simple design, is no exception. This shoe has a sort of metallic finish to the leather. The lower heel means greater comfort, but Pliners are generally comfortable even in higher heels. There's a stretchy collar. This shoe might fit a little large, but I think you will be fine sticking to your normal size.
I'd also recommend: Cole Haan, Gentle Souls
