These are very comfortable and cute. My daughter said they were an adult version of Toms. I think they are much more stylish. They are great with or without socks. The only thing that threw me was how thin the leather is which makes them very slipper-like. That also means there is no breaking in necessary. They are very cute with jeans, cargo pants. They are well worth the money to replace my last pair of DJP flats that I have literally worn out.
Brands I'd also recommend: Frye, Stuart Weitzman, Gentle Souls

Very comfortable right out of the box. Something a little different and stylish for a flat shoe. Could be a little taller/fuller in the toe box. My only complaint was that the stitching on one shoe wasn't finished off well and snagged my sock badly. Had to clip off the end of a nylon stitch. For the price of shoes, like DP's, I expect better quality finishing and inspection.

I thought these were such a neat kind of European style and was delighted when the lighter suede color became available again. I was not disappointed. They are the look I like. I am tired of all the clunky and "hip" kind of comfortable shoes. Anyhow, these fit me true to size. Typical of flats, they don't offer much in the way of arch support or cushion. However, there was no break-in time, and I was able to wear them all day at work with adequate comfort, and I am on my feet a lot. Glad to have Pliner shoes without heels! Love 'em!

Have these in leather, love them. I have a narrow foot and do have trouble finding shoes not so wide or heavy; these for me are perfect. If you like a light stylish shoe and soft leather, I highly recommend. Hope Pliner makes more of the same.
