The product was exactly what I thought I was buying and at a great price. The real positive was the customer service. UPS kept delivering it to my laundry room, which is downstairs and outside of my apartment. Zappos shipped another of the items to me when I could not find the first one and then paid to have me return one. They also gave me a 25$ credit and VIP membership for the inconvenience. Superb service.
