About Dogeared Jewels
Dogeared Jewels and Gifts was created in 1991, when founder Marcia Maizel-Clarke started hand-making giftable jewelry pieces. The overall look was hip, casual, and very Southern California. People loved the unique, dainty designs and giftable charm of Dogeared jewelry. Marcia and her husband Merlin had always dreamed of finding a way to share their good energy and creativity with the world, and Dogeared jewelry was their creative outlet of choice.

Pay attention to the length ladies! If you have a thicker neck this necklace might look like a choker on you. All-in-all, I love my new necklace. It comes in a cute grey box which makes it a perfect last minute gift. I would also recommend that you pay attention to the other measurements because the pendant is small, so if you are looking for something larger this may not be for you.

I had purchased a pearl necklace 3 times more the price of this necklace and I love this necklace much more. It's so delicate and looks great with any outfit. Especially with a tan. I would highly recommend dog eared jewelry as I have already purchased 4 necklaces already.

My daughter asked for this for Christmas and she loves it. It reminds her of her goals in life and wears it everyday.
People say that this item is "delicate" and that is true. It is tiny! In my opinion it does not look its price (looks far less expensive). I couldn't justify giving it as a gift for what it is/that price point.

Ordered both colors. The honey was shorter than the dark metallic. I returned that one. The bracelet runs 6 3/4 in. instead of 7 inches. Price high for the quality.
I am not much of a necklace person. This gift was given to me by my fiance's daughter. I rarely take it off, it is so light I don't even know I'm wearing it. Love it and the meaning behind it!

I am in love with this necklace. My father passed away 6 years ago, and not a day goes by without thinking of him. This perfect little necklace will remind me that he's still with me all the time. I love the dainty wing and the length is perfect. Not too long, not too short.
